The only 7sdue was the price/night on the listing. Gave one price but then on the booking total included a host fee and another $85 fee that was not clear what it was for. Felt misleading initially. However, we will choose this property to stay at again if available.”

”This house was so close to downtown Pagosa. We walked everywhere! It was well stocked with towels, bath tissue, and even had items like paper plates & sugar for our morning coffee. We had plenty of space for 9 adults to gather, or to retreat to different areas. The property manager was very responsive to an issue that came up. We were very happy with our stay. ”

”This was a great property for our group. We had 4 boys who loved the location right by the river and the space outside. Close to town so easy drive for meals. The amount of household supplies provided by the host was more than enough for our time. Loved it!”

”The home is beautiful! The stay was very relaxing. The views are amazing. We seen black bears, deer and elk. In regards to the home. The only suggestion I would have for future renters is the kitchen isn’t fully stocked. No cups and no big skillets. Also, the Vrbo ad shows pictures of bunk beds but when you get there you can’t use them per the notes taped on the beds. The grill needs a good cleaning and doesn’t ignite properly. The washing machine needs to be professionally cleaned it’s mildewed...

We would take evening walks down the road, and often ran into mule deer as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and items we needed to make all of our meals, and my wife loved all the decorations and little touches throughout the house.
