The house is located in a very quiet residential area, ideal for relaxation while remaining close to Paimpol's main attractions.

Just 800 meters from the sea, you can easily access the coastal paths for wonderful walks, particularly towards the famous Beauport Abbey, accessible in about ten minutes on foot. This iconic site offers exceptional panoramic views of the bay and is an ideal starting point for exploring the GR®34 long-distance hiking trail.

Paimpol's town center and its charming port are just a few minutes away by car (or bicycle). There you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, the market, and departures for the Île de Bréhat.

Nature lovers will appreciate the immediate proximity to the coast, beaches, secluded coves, and the many hiking trails that have made the region famous.

A perfect location for alternating between exploration, water sports, Breton cuisine… and moments of peaceful relaxation.

The house is easily accessible by public transport.
