”The room was great, but the Wi-Fi did not work. It said it did not match with the name. My husband could log in for a while but it stopped working and he had to log in, write name and address aso. again and again. When you work, pay bills, book hotels and events through the phone/Ipad the Wi-Fi must work. We come from Europe and we are not used to such bad connections. The Wi-Fi is essential and the bad connections and complecated way to log in is the main reason why I give low points. The...

”Good place to lay your head for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very good and staff. Price is right.”

”Continental breakfast wasn’t available at 7 on our first morning. Instead it was all set up at 7:30 when we had to leave for an appointment. “Fresh” was anything but and included brown bananas both mornings. Room condition: tv didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work and didn’t have a temperature dial. One serving of coffee in the room for 2 people was provided. No spare toilet paper roll. At check in, clerk behind desk was dressed sloppily, we weren’t informed that the room would only be cleaned...

”Fix ceiling, bathtub was gross, toilet paper holder was disguising, the bed was horrible. Breakfast was hardly any options, definitely not worth it!”

”Don’t be fooled when you see the outside of this hotel. Once you enter the doors, an old Mexico feel welcomes you. Staff were friendly, though restaurant/bar was a bit short staffed. The Left side of the Bed had a massive sunk in area, the right side was hard and had a lump in it. The Pillows were small flat and not supportive. Sleeping was miserable and hurt my back. The TV was small and the picture Blurry, the Channels Said HBO but it wasn't Available. All the Channels were analog which meant poor reception. The...

”The breakfast was delicious. There was a variety to choose from. The air conditioning was wonderful. The pool was open and in good condition. ”

”The room we got was dirty, disgusting and it smelled moldy and a lot like weed. Many people roaming outside at middle of the night. We felt very unsafe. My sister was itching all night from laying on the bed. She couldn’t sleep. Shower was somewhat clogged. It took water from shower to drain about 10-15 mins. I wouldn’t recommend ever staying here to anyone.”
