This elegant 4-room villa extends across 200 m2 spread over 2 levels, offering a refined and well-appointed living experience for up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, a tastefully furnished living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, seamlessly connected to an open kitchen fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A separate WC is also available on this level. The kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool area, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living. The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure privacy and comfort. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each of these rooms benefits from its own private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a bathroom with a shower and WC. In total, the villa offers 3 bathrooms across the property. All upper-floor bedrooms provide access to a terrace, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor space directly from their rooms.
