”Overall property was a nice resort. However, turndown service for the room was not automatic and apparently had to be specifically requested at check-in. Otherwise nobody will come to the room to clean it up and switch towels.”

”Arrived at 4:00pm for check-in. Waited in line about 20 minutes. Then we were told our room wasn't ready. They changed our room, and it should be ready in 20 to 30 minutes and they would call us. After 2 hours, we went to reception, and were told our room still wasn't ready. Now it's 6:30 and we have a concert at 8:00. After about 10 minutes, they found a room on a different floor. At check-out, we asked for a late check-out and were told by Samantha, the only person that was rude our...

”All of the staff was not very informative of the property and the amenities when you ask, the answers were just not firm and confident , basically passing it off to somebody else, for instance, where is the ice machine, the Bellman should've offered to get it. It was literally 20 steps away and your in our room anyway , our room was fine, our bed was quite comfortable, but for 300+ just think that the amenities should have been better. There was no vanity mirror. Our room was never serviced. We...

”Fabulous experience! This is a stunning place. A delight for the senses (the architecture of the property, the beautiful landscaping, detailed room finishes with coordinated color pallets, natural surroundings of the winery, and the tasty breakfasts and wine varieties). A very quiet and peaceful place. I like that the onsite tasting room is private to guests. We indulged ourselves with a couples room massage to add to our experience. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. We...

”I didnt mind tge hair and dried body fluid at first cause everyone misses something and I figured why let one thing bother me. Then, I came back in the afternoon on 2nd day to do laundry and the entire parking lot was full with employees running around everywhere. I turn the corner to have a photographer in the middle of the road and a bunch of unsuspecting people running around scrambling which I thought was dangerous. After walking from the end of the parking lot, I decided to ask the front...
