”Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice...

”What a disaster. I booked two rooms for 4 women. Somehow my husbands name was on one room and mine on another. They would not allow me to access that room because my husband was not present. It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room. ”Our flight was canceled late at night and we weren't leaving until the following morning, so we needed a place to stay. When we got to the hotel, we were exhausted. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shuttle service was timely to get us back to the airport. Recommend 100%!”
