”We have been staying here for years as it is the only smoke free property in Biloxi, MS. Food is great at Wahoo’s poolside bar/cafe, breakfast is incredible at Stacks inside the casino and The Cafe has our FAV banana pudding and red velvet cookies (too!) handy when you want some. ”I made and paid for my reservation, however while doing so I accidently it tge confirm buttom,I selected the wrong checking date, once I relaxed this happened I automatically reached out to the booking agency Expedia and requested to change the date, they said they would have to reach out to the property and ask if this was possible. ”My first night at the hotel, I found several small live roaches around the bed and under the alarm clock. The next morning, I found several more in the bathroom. I immediately requested to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the front desk employee seemed more interested in her crossword puzzle than addressing my concerns. ”There was construction going on and was woke up 2 mornings out of 3 with load banging was never told there was construction before booking I would of stayed somewhere else”

”Was a decent room. The view was great! Looked over the Gulf and I loved it. Could even see the children playing in the pool down below. However, I thought it was weird to not have a microwave nor a fridge in my room. I liked the setup of the bathroom. The door didn’t have a lock on it but now that I think about it, idk if any hotel bathroom does. Idk. Front desk member Chris was very kind and helpful. I loved my complimentary cookie per usual, and I did enjoy my stay. Would stay there again.”

”I did not have a pleasant experience due to housekeeping and dining issues. I waited 45 minutes for a grilled chicken salad that was prepared by an employee using his bare hands to put the salad together. The manager of this food court establishment showed zero interest in trying to rectify this issue because he was too busy entertaining his son. Needless to say, my daughter did not eat the wilted salad topped with a burnt chicken breast. We ended up wasting $17 on a poorly made salad. In...

”I wasn’t clear on what I was buying for my stay. I was expecting a room with a sofa and washer and dryer. The advertising was not clear for me to have chosen this property. The renovation and hotel is beautiful and interior design was very nice. The pricing doesn’t justify the stay.”

”Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well”

”Best mini vacation ever. The suite was spacious and clean and verycute. The shower was amazing and hot water supply was none stop. We will be staying again.”

”My pillow had mold in it and when I asked for a new one I was given attitude. The manager was nice the next morning. The restroom had hairs in it. The breakfast was gross. The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests.”

”The lady at the front desk was top notch! Very friendly! We got in late and left early the next morning so we didn’t use any of the amenities, but we would stay there again.”
