”Dirty hotel. No individually controlled AC in rooms. I was provided a fan and told they were upgrading the system next year. Tall gentleman at front desk did not even greet us when we approached for check-in. Poorly run and mismanaged.”

”The staff were very helpful. My only criticism would be the tiles in the bathroom floors. They need an upgrade in the grouting. The floors must have been recently washed as they were a bit slippery. Some new decorating would also help. Thankyou…”

”They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.”

”Staff was great and helpful. The actual room was terrible and dirty. I don't think it was really the staff's fault. Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here.”

”the towels are kind of small, and we had to ask for new ones, stayed 4 nights and we wanted new towels after 2 nights. very slow or not at all for coffee in the lobby. if your looking for a place to just sleep, shower and such. it's the place that's affordable. no issues.”

”Nice park-side location. About a 15 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. They have their own parking, so that is convenient. The "king size" beds seemed rather small to us.”

”Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet...

”The parking lot was a congested and when I first arrived to the property. I was confused as to where I could park. I talked with the front desk clerk and was informed that they were currently renovating, which is understandable. My room was clean. The staff was pleasant. I had a great experience overall.”

”Breakfast was low and out of waffle mix and items. Bedroom did not have sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa and had to go ask for some very late at night when got in. Renovating so when checked in there was Sheetrock all over the floor and dust. Parking difficult when hotel Full due to renovation dumpsters taking up lot.”
