Modern and functional house with air conditioning and sea views located on the mountain of the lighthouse of Sant Sebastià and about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Llafranc.



Llafranc is an old fishing village on the Costa Brava that still retains its charm.



The walk to the beach from the house is very pleasant and nice, with a steep slope, for a healthy exercise.



You can enjoy a chill out area with barbecue and a dining room on the outdoor terrace, ideal for spring and summer.



You can enter with the car to the parking of the house and from there access with elevator to the floor of the kitchen and living room or the floor of the bedrooms.



A parking service is also offered in the port of Llafranc. The parking will be available only between June and September included.
