"Location is great. Our room was ok, but had bad smell coming from the bathroom in the beginning. They were able to fix that/ or the drain was just dry and using the shower helped. Staff weren’t focused on customer experience or satisfaction. I had very strange “cutlery battle” with staff. I asked to have some spoons to take with me to our room to make tea. We had water heater and tea and sugar but no spoons. I was told no, because customers tend to steal cutlery and therefore they have strict rules for that. In the end I got one spoon after the receptionist had called to the manager who accepted my humble wish for using a 0,10€ Ikea type of metal spoon in our room. We paid almost 200€ per night so obviously stealing some cutlery was our key concern when staying in a hotel in Barcelona. "

"Good hotel, great location. The staff was frienly and rooftop pool was great. Bathroom door didn’t shut completely and glutenfree options at the breakfast were poor and we have to wait a long time to get the bread. "
