”Air conditioning works great! Place is simple and clean in a good location. Worked great for our needs. Door locks, bathroom, and kitchen could use an upgrade, but get the job done. Nothing fancy here, but it’s clean, convenient, and well priced. Property manager and staff were easy to reach on WhatsApp. Friendly, accommodating, and accessible. ”

”This property is overlooking the beach and tour loading area. The view from the balcony is amazing. When we arrived the property was missing some needed dishware but that was solved with a quick trip to the local store and about 400 pesos. The hot water for showers isn't great but it's acceptable. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. There was a cooking machine similar to a microwave but we couldn't figure out how it works.”

”Care Taker is very considerate.”

They should put "Malaya House" on the gate. I walked straight past it the first time. After that I found the place to have a kitchen with a counter...

”This place is a gem! Could not have had a better stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff. If you are lucky enough that there is an opening: don't hesitate. Just book it now. You will love it!”
