Just off of I-95, 15 mins from Melbourne International Airport, only and an hour away from Orlando, you have easy access to the world-renowned theme parks while being far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowd. A 20-minute drive takes you to the beautiful beaches of the Melbourne area and Space Coast.

Overall the house and stay was a 4/5. We had an issue getting into the house BUT the hosts responded within 30 seconds and spoke to us through the doorbell to get in. This was no issue with us. The WiFi did not work, and although we didn’t necessarily need it it would have been nice as cell signal in the house sucked. My only other complaint would be there was not enough towels or linens. Otherwise the house was nice, clean to our expectations and worked well for what we needed it for. The hosts also allowed us to stay an extra night which was great.

Pool Issues

This host is trying to sell this home and even asked if we would be comfortable to allow their realtor to conduct a showing while we were there.If you are thinking about booking this location for a clean and heated pool, I would reconsider! Per the host, guests should spend an hour cleaning the daily infestation of ants and gnats out of the pool. We stayed here for 9 days and every day the pool looked like the attached photos.Also the pool doesn’t heat because there’s an error code on their heating unit which was an open pressure switch.The host stated that they have a pool guy that comes on Tuesday and Thursday to clean and maintain the pool heating unit, but no one ever came.

Cute little house! Clean, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood. Had everything you would reasonable need for a stay. We stayed 4 nights while my son played in a tournament at the usssa stadium and it wasn't a bad drive (20-25 mins).

Clean and cozy

Great experience. A few minor glitches outside their control but the communication was impecable and quickly resolved. Super cozy and great meighborhood ans super clean.

Not exactly ‘Mint’

We were prepared for the outside vs inside based on previous reviews. It was nice once we went in. Very impressive. We were super frustrated that the water heater was being fixed on our arrival day, but were not inconvenienced because I couldn’t drive straight through. Our 2 teen girls could not use wifi 3 of the 5 nights. Owners blamed the cable company. Our last day, the pool guy arrived at 3. He left and returned upon request later. We left a day early. We would not go back.

Great location for our visit with family in the Grant area. Property was pretty much as pictured with a few minor changes. Screened in/heated pool and quiet neighborhood were all a plus. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect getaway

Loved our stay, we had some issues. A full mop bucket was left in the livingroom, tools left on dining table, but the owner was quick to resolve. We would have liked to have family over for a BBQ but the house indicated no parties.(didnt want to.takw thw chance that would have been considered a.party, wantws to be respectful)

Great central location and comfortable home.

We enjoyed our stay and found this home to be very comfortable. Our grandchildren loved swimming in the pool and the outdoor playset. Good place if you want to be in central Palm Bay. Safe neighborhood. Would recommend this home and would stay here again when visiting Palm Bay.

Very pleased

This was our second time at this property and looking forward to next time. House was as described. Having the pool and lots of pool towels available made it even better. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a high chair, some toys and a swing set for the kids were pluses. Owner was easy to reach and replied immediately.

The location of this house was the best thing about it. If you’re looking to stay near a lot of shops and restaurant, this place is for you! The check-in and check-out process was very simple. Things that could have been better would include cleanliness. When we walked in, there was an odd smell. Like maybe the owners had a cat because it smelled like cat litter. There were 5 people staying in the house. We were given 5 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. There was a trundle bed in the bunk room but no extra sheets or blankets in the house. Overall, I don’t know that we would rent this particular house again.
