The Space:

Entering our quiet neighborhood, the drive is pleasant and only minutes from our circle driveway where you will have many options to park.

As you make your way to the front door, note this home is unique and located to the side of the house where you step into an enclosed add-on. Equipped with a seating area with a glass pub table, a sofa with the option of a pull-out bed, and the first bathroom which has been beautifully remodeled, this is just the start.



Continuing through the main door, the home offers spacious open-concept living where large glass sliders seamlessly connect the indoors with our stunning screened porch. The living room features a 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming options, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.



The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area offers a cozy spot to enjoy them. However, the highlight of this home is the expansive screened porch, complete with an outdoor TV, ample seating plus a dining table, a bar, and a mini-fridge. It's the ideal place to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine or cocktail while taking in the tranquil water views and beautiful sunsets.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with dresser, dual cedar closets with glass sliding doors, vanity with sink and TV with cable.

Bedroom 3: Twin bed with trundle (2 twins) with a work desk and chair, dual closets with sliders and a door that leads you to the back or front yard. This room is connected to Bedroom 2 with a glass slider.

Bathroom 1: Modern walk-in tile shower with vanity, sink, toilet, mirror and hamper for dirty laundry during your stay.

The highlight, of course, is our private dock, where you can try your hand at fishing, launch your own boat (just minutes away), or take our complimentary kayak for a scenic paddle on Turkey Creek. Wildlife sightings are common, adding to the charm of this serene location.

Private parking on the property. Max cars are 2 unless you receive approval.



Bring your boat and travel by water on the Indian River Lagoon.
