✨ Child safety features include a high-positioned child lock on the back patio door.
✨ Important Safety Note: Swim at your own risk. A pond is located next to the property—no swimming is permitted in the pond.
✨ Fire pit available for cozy evenings. Firewood is stocked once per season and not replenished. Additional firewood can be purchased at Home Depot. Matches or a lighter are located in the outdoor kitchen box or kitchen drawer.
✨ Boat rentals: Happy to provide local recommendations upon request.

🏖️ Beach Gear & Equipment
✨ Complimentary beach chairs, towels, pool noodles, and bikes with helmets are provided for your convenience.
✨ Please return all beach gear to the garage at check-out to avoid replacement fees.

🔐 Safety & Property Guidelines
✨ Please keep all doors closed and locked to maintain indoor temperature and prevent insects.
✨ Indoor furniture must remain indoors to prevent moisture damage.
✨ In the event of inclement weather, kindly store umbrellas and outdoor cushions in the garage.

🚫 Events, Visitors & Pets
✨ The home is not licensed for events due to insurance and fire-code regulations.
✨ All visitors must be approved in advance to avoid trespassing issues.
✨ No pets permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.

✨ Visiting for World Cup 2026? This home is an ideal stay for fans and players alike.
✨ A starter supply of essentials is provided to last approximately 4 days, helping you settle in comfortably.
✨ Exterior security cameras are installed for insurance and safety purposes only. Cameras are owner-operated and located outside the home—no interior cameras.
House Rules

No Pets: $200.00 cleaning fee, if we see one enter on the camera. Permission for small, hypoallergenic dogs is considered. No communication on pets will result in cancellation or a minimum $200.00 fee.

No Parties: include all visitors of guests must be approved by the host, any event needs to be communicated to the host, guests of guests are trespassing otherwise and can result in immediate cancellation. We all have to abide by our insurance coverage rules. Please No decorations where you put tape on the wall, no glitter, and no confetti.

No Smoking: Not even near the doors to the inside, if someone vapes or smokes outside please put all buds and ashes in an ashtray. There is no smoking in the garage, as well.

No feeding the wildlife: There are beautiful birds that visit the Golden Hour, but it is against Florida law to feed them.

Pool Rules: Swim at your own risk, watch your children around the pool, do not jump off the main roof or outside the kitchen roof. No running around the pool, and no food or trash left in the pool. Drink responsibly around the pool. Keep in mind that the pool is heated to 80°F ONLY from November to March.
Wash beach sand off before entering Airbnb. A hose can be found by the side entrance.

Other Rules:
- Keep Airbnb locked at all times.
- No shoes on all area rugs.
- No eating or dark liquids in bedrooms.
