Sunny one bedroom Palm Beach king bed condo located in a historical hotel in the heart of Palm Beach island, short walk to the beach. One bedroom, one full bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Walk or short ride to most places, beach, restaurants, supermarket, boutique shops, museums. The complex has a heated pool, gorgeous lobby, 24 Hr, concierge, day spa and laundry room, great restaurants, French cafe all in the building, Breakers and Mar-A-Largo club within 10 minutes driving distance.

AMAZING LOCATION; 15 minutes from WPB Airport. No Car Needed on the the island.

One Bedroom King Bed condo-hotel unit, about 390 square foot with a private bathroom in a beautiful Spanish colonial style building built in 1926 as a 300 + unit hotel. You will have the unit to yourself. Fresh linens, towels, coffee machine and K-Cups, we even have beach chairs and umbrella. There is a Publix market across the street with all of the food and drink you may want for your stay at the beach.

The apartment is equipped with;

-King bed with freshly laundered sheets, blankets and pillows

-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow drier

-Fresh towels; Please note, we are a vacation rental. We supply two sets of Fresh towels per stay, additional towels can be supplied at additional charge through my cleaning company. It requires at least a one day notification. Charges vary depending on quantity. There is coin operated laundry room in the building if you need to do laundry.

-Keurig coffee machine with coffee and supplies

-Kitchenette with microwave, dishes, cups and flatware (no stove)

All you need are your clothes. If you need supplies, just walk across the street to the Publix supermarket. They even have prepared foods and wine.
