”Bathroom door was broken hotel smell Like cigarettes room not clean”

”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise. Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”

”Good price/quality ratio. Breakfast ok. One problem in the room: The closet in the room was not mounted to the wall and was shaking dangerously when used. ”

”Stayed for business and everything was perfect!”

”Klean and silence”

”Selling two bedroom suites but not having those when checking in. And when checking in, they didnt have any idea hiw to address the situation where I had booked room they dont have. Got two separate rooms after all which was OK, but kot what we paid originally for. ”

”we were greeted as soon as we came in the door by friendly voices, not the monotone script a person might hear. The check in was seamless. Our room was immaculate and well stocked, I will be using this branch of Hilton anytime I can, whether it is for me or friends traveling in to visit.”

”The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager. ”
