”Selling two bedroom suites but not having those when checking in. And when checking in, they didnt have any idea hiw to address the situation where I had booked room they dont have. Got two separate rooms after all which was OK, but kot what we paid originally for. ”

”Good price/quality ratio. Breakfast ok. One problem in the room: The closet in the room was not mounted to the wall and was shaking dangerously when used. ”

”Overall an easy and cheap hotel. No amenities, and the rooms were either run down or missing some stuff. But the murals were amazing.”

”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise. Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”

”The young man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful I think his name was Scott. The chef who cook the breakfast was pleasant and we enjoyed the interaction he share with us playing the games I don't remember his name. The young lady who took our order Monday night for dinner and cocktails was very pleasant and helpful I don't remember her name. My stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I will be back. Thanks.”
