”We had a pleasant time at this property. We have a minor complaint which is about being a little warm in the bedrooms, due to the lack of return air transfers above the doors in order to permit the air in the bedrooms to return to the AHU. Installing a couple of air transfers grills above the doors is very inexpensive and should solve this problem.”

”This property was perfect for three couples and 27' boat. House was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The dock set up is great with a fish cleaning station, hoses and electricity. Trish was easy to work with and quick to answer all questions. Would definitely rent again!”

”Great 4th of July week with family. Took our boat and enjoyed our time on the water. Enjoyed the pool, pool table and the balcony. We were able to see great fireworks from the balcony. The host responds quickly to messages as well. Beds were comfortable. ”
