”Thank goodness I reside nearby, I wasn’t going to stay there. Property was run down and looked nothing like the photos in advertising. No check in process, not able to contact owner. Dirty and unkept. ”

”The room had a strong and unpleasant odor. We told the desk clerk that we would not be checking in and would be cancelling our reservation. We were told to call Expedia and did so, Expedia customer service was unable to talk to hotel staff as their repeated calls were not answered. We were told to call Expedia again in the morning of the following day. We did so and the hotel still did not answer their phone.”

”Room was disgusting. You can tell the bathroom and room walls havnt been cleaned in months if not years. TV didnt work. The pool hasnt been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. ”

”We stayed in unit 10. Very small room for two queen beds. A king would have been just right. One bed was against a wall making it difficult to get out of it. Only one nightstand for two beds? The TV was impossible to watch from one of the beds. Dining / sitting area was tiny. Had to move the table out to sit in the other chair. The AC unit was difficult to operate with the remote supplied. It did not cool well. We were thankful a cold front came through Sunday to cool things off. There was no...
