You'll enjoy a quiet, laid-back setting with the added bonus of private beach access to the Intracoastal just down the street, where you can often spot dolphins, manatees, and incredible sunsets.

The neighborhood is perfect for morning walks, biking, or simply relaxing in nature—while still being close to top restaurants, parks, golf courses, and Flagler Beach. It’s a great blend of privacy and convenience, ideal for anyone looking to unwind without being far from the action.

House Rules:
Pets are welcome – Please clean up after them. $250 fine for damage or mess
No smoking indoors – $500 fine
Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM – $300 fine for disturbances
No parties or unregistered guests – $500 fine
Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the stay
Trash day is [Insert Day] – $100 fine if trash is left overflowing
Clean up outdoor areas – $150 fine for excessive mess
Do not tamper with security cameras – $500 fine
Keep doors/windows closed when AC is on – HVAC damage is guest’s responsibility

The home is best accessed by car, though you're close enough to walk or bike to the waterway. Local golf cart rentals are also available if you're looking to cruise around in style.

When you arrive:
Turn onto Emily Pl and look for parking along the side of the street or in the designated guest parking area.
Once parked, follow the signs labeled “The Grove.”
These signs will lead you directly to the private guest house entrance.
Your unit has a separate smart lock and private access for your convenience. If you have any trouble locating the entrance, don’t hesitate to reach out!
