Immerse yourself in the uninterrupted ocean views from this stunning third-floor condo. Nestled just steps away from Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and Marineland, you'll be surrounded by the serene natural beauty of the Atlantic shore. As a guest, you'll enjoy access to the private, gated Matanzas Shores community, which boasts an array of amenities including three pools, jacuzzis, tennis and pickleball courts, workout facilities, miles of bike paths and walking trails, beach access, and a private dock with Intercoastal waterway access, offering breathtaking sunset views.

This recently renovated condo is designed to feel like your home away from home, equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beauty of Palm Coast. The updated kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it perfect for preparing home-cooked meals or enjoying snacks after a day at the beach. The bar nook, complete with wine glasses, is ideal for unwinding on the balcony during golden hour. Throughout the condo, you'll find premium furnishings and mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. For your beach outings, we provide two folding beach chairs with cooler pockets and towels. A dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi and ocean views makes remote work a breeze.

The space offers three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. The spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with breathtaking Atlantic sunrise views, an oversized desk, a walk-in closet, a secondary closet, and a large en-suite bathroom—perfect for unpacking and settling in for long stays. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a mirrored closet, while the third bedroom has two twin beds, making it ideal for weekend guests or visiting children.

The airy, open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, a toaster, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, and all the essentials to make your family’s chef feel right at home. The dining table comfortably seats six, with four additional counter stools available. The large sectional sofa and smart TV create the perfect setting for enjoying movies and sports with family. The balcony offers a peaceful spot to start or end your day, with views of the Atlantic and the resort-style pool below.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo was stocked with everything you needed. The modern decor was absolutely gorgeous. We loved the comfy sofa so much that we bought one for our home. The owner was so accommodating and helpful for the duration of our stay. We are booking again for next year. Would recommend this rental!! 10/10

Dream vacation finally achieved!!!

The owner.So let’s start with the owner Jacob. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable & responsive. And this was BEFORE we stayed there. He also personally checked in with us to allow us to pick the access code to the unit the day before we arrived. He was extremely responsive for any of our questions before, during and after our stay. THANK YOU Jacob for being a GREAT host!!!!!The unit.The condo was everything we hoped for & much more!!! The views from the balcony and master bedroom are AMAZING!!! The kitchen is fully stocked with virtually everything we needed. So we cooked and baked just like if we were at home. They have beach chairs, beach umbrella cooler with wheels, pool noodles, and even a wagon to pull it all in. Every bathroom was pre-stocked with toiletries (starter amount). Every bedroom has a TV and the living room sectional was made for falling asleep on after a long lazy day. We ate and played games at the large dining table. There is even a bar with wine, whiskey and shot glasses. The propertyIt is kept up like we couldn’t have imagined. The staff are there virtually everyday keeping the property perfectly maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The access to 2 different pools, gym and club lounge are easy to access & loads of fun. We took long walks on the beach every morning & night. We even used the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to go to the beach almost everyday too. The area.Palm Coast, FL has a small town relaxing vibe. PERFECT!!!

What a beautiful condo

We couldn't have been happier with our host, Jacob. If we had a question he responded promptly. I want to give kudos to how the kitchen had excellent cookware and some of the best knives that were provided. It was also nice having the computer desk and extra monitor if you had to work. I would definitely recommend this property and the host if you needed a place to stay!
