Guests will have full access to the entire home as well as the fully fenced backyard. On the back patio is a dining table, outdoor furniture, hot tub, and swinging benches around a fire pit.

Guests wanting to use golf cart will need to submit copy of a valid driver’s license, be 21+ years of age, and pay an additional $30 for liability insurance.
