Master suite with King Size bed , 50" HD smart TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath. Guest bedroom #2 has Queen size bed with a 42" HD smart tv along with a large closet. Guest bedroom #3 has a Full size (Double) bed along with a 32" HD smart TV and closet. Two bathrooms with refreshing showers add convenience to your stay. The house offers both heating and AC, ensuring a soothing atmosphere no matter the season. Bright and inviting, the space invites guests to unwind after a day of exploring. The large living room has plenty of space to kick back and relax with a 85" HD smart TV. The kitchen is setup with everything you might need and the cabinets are stocked with common items like utensils, dishes, cups, etc. The entire home and pool area are equipped with fast & free WIFI. The outdoor dining area is great for gathering or entertaining while enjoying the pool, hot tub and covered screened in lanai. Garage is available for motorcycle or vehicle parking. Please note, if using for a vehicle, only 1 vehicle will fit inside the garage at a time due to storage cabinets. The driveway provides parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The back yard is fully fenced in, which is great for privacy, children and pets. Yes, this home is pet friendly. If you are traveling with pets please make sure they are listed on your reservation. Please understand that some people have an allergy or sensitivity to pet dander therefore an additional pet fee (cleaning fee) is necessary so that we can provide enhanced cleaning procedures following your stay so that future guests are not impacted following your stay.

We take great pride in the cleanliness and comfort of this home! To be sure we are offering our guests the best experience possible, this home is professionally cleaned and maintained inside and out! Enhanced cleaning practices inside the home are performed after each and every rental! The hot tub is completely drained, sanitized and refilled (with NEW filters and chemicals) after each and every rental. The pool is professionally maintained on a weekly basis with cleaning and chemical testing and balancing. The lawns are mowed, trimmed and treated (as necessary) weekly as well.

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be emailing you a “Short Term” rental agreement (from Anthony & Melanie Vining) to sign. As Per Palm Coast government, this agreement MUST be filled out, signed and submitted along with photo I.D. in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.

Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the front of the house facing outward toward the street. Neither Camera look into any interior or private spaces. These cameras actively records video and sound at all times.
