Talomme sijaitsee yhdellä Floridan ainutlaatuisimmista rannoista. Tuntuu kuin olet saapunut Havaijiin astuessasi omaisuudellemme. Tämä ranta on erittäin hiljainen, ja siellä on kauniita kiviä ja vuorovesialtaita. Rakastamme istua illalla kallioilla ja nauttia lasillista viiniä! Rakastat näkymää, olipa se sitten aamukahvin tai iltajuoman kanssa!
Dancin 'Dolphin on täydellinen paikka viettää lomaa perheen tai ystävien kanssa. Tämä on koti, jonka haluat valita perhelomaasi. Päivitetyt merenrannalla sijaitsevat ylelliset kodimme tarjoavat melkein kaiken mitä tarvitset. Meressä on täydellinen julkisivu erittäin suurella parvekkeella, joka mahtuu koko perheelle.
Suuri U-muotoinen täysin varusteltu keittiömme on päivitetty marmorisilla työtasoilla ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja pesuallasilla. Vaikka supermarketit ovat lähellä (ja viikoittaiset viljelijämarkkinat ovat erinomaiset), sinun on ostettava vain, jos sinusta tuntuu. Side-by-side-ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetun jääkaapin / pakastimen tulisi pitää helposti perheen päivittäistavaroita viikon ajan.
Kodissamme on myös superkapasiteettinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu erillisessä pesutuvassa.
Kahdessa neljästä makuuhuoneesta on king-size-vuoteet, toisessa on kuningatar ja toisessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan muuntaa myös kuninkaaksi, jos se sopii paremmin tarpeisiisi. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma taulutelevisio. Kaikissa sängyissä on uudet muistipehmustepatjat ja korkealaatuiset liinavaatteet. Lisäksi on olemassa kaksi uutta sänkyä, joita voidaan käyttää tarvittaessa.
Lähellä on runsaasti valtion puistoja veneilyyn, melontaan, pyöräilyyn tai patikointiin. Alueella on mahtavia boutique-ostosseikkailuja tai lähellä meitä pohjoisessa on historiallisessa St. Augustine.
Olemme keskeisellä paikalla valtiossa, joka tarjoaa vieraille helpon pääsyn suurimpaan osaan Floridan kuuluisimmista nähtävyyksistä. Jokaisella on jotain täällä!

This home is as gorgeous as the photos! It is immaculate, extremely organized, and has everything you might need. The host is very responsive. It is by far the nicest home we have stayed in, and we have stayed in some lovely spots. The views are so good that they look almost AI generated. Book this place. You will not be disappointed.

The perfect family beach house! We had the best time on our family trip. The layout of the house is so nice and the owners thought of everything. They were quick to get back to us when we had a question. They had beach chairs and umbrellas for the days in the sun and also a blackstone for outdoor cooking. The kitchen was stocked very well and they even had some basics for cooking. I’ve already talked to Heidi about another stay in her house.

Family Vacation

The Dancing Dolphin definitely did not disappoint. We came down from Nebraska to spend a week on the beach. Communication was great, and we were even offered things to do if we were to arrive early (before check in), unfortunately we were not able to make that happen. Upon checking in, we found how beautiful the home was and we were even greeted with a welcome card and basket. The view was amazing both from the house and on the beach. They had everything in the house that we could of needed, and items for the beach as well. Our family enjoyed this home, and even when arriving back to our house on Sunday evening about 9pm, our 3 year old said "no I want pink house". Just made us appreciate being able to stay in such a wonderful place a little more. Unfortunately I haven't gotten the chance to upload pictures, But the pictures in the listing are spot on. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a nice beach getaway.

This home is decorated so well it could be featured in a magazine yet it is still quite comfortable for a family traveling with grandparents. Beautiful views, super clean and very responsive owners. Would definitely stay there again.

My family has stayed at this awesome home twice. It has a great location with private beach access, is super clean, spacious, and the host, Heidi, is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will likely book this rental again in the near future.

Thanksgiving family trip

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! Clean, super friendly owner, great location, plenty of room, and one of the most well-appointed rentals I’ve ever stayed in. It had every thing you’d need for a vacation and then some! We even had all the kitchen supplies needed to make a great Thanksgiving dinner! The only thing we struggled with was logging in to streaming services but perhaps that was user error. 😂 Will definitely keep it in mind for a return trip!

Such a relaxing stay.

My family loved this house! Loved the fact that they had all the small things that tend to get overlooked when packing. They had plenty of seasonings, dishes, and cookware. The fact that there was shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash was a chefs kiss. The air conditioning was exceptional and kept us cool when it was humid outside. Just note that the beach for this house isn’t great for swimming or boogie boarding but just mins down the road had a beach just for that. We can not express how well everything was taken care of. The bikes that were available didn’t have flat tires, the furniture outside was amazing and not falling apart. They had plenty of books, games and more to choose from for family time at night or a rainy day. The neighborhood was friendly. My 16 yo daughter says rate it 100/10 because of how amazing it is. Also just note the house has a jacuzzi there is not a hot tub outside. Definitely recommend this place!!

Beautiful, unique Florida oceanfront

This was our third stay at this property! The views are amazing! You won't see a gorgeous, rocky beachfront like this anywhere else in Florida. The beds and linens are top notch and very comfortable! The kitchen is probably the most well-stocked of any vacation home we've ever rented. We will definitely return again.

Great accommodations, very clean and well kept with most all necessities.

This was a return stay. Location was chosen because of proximity to family living in area. Beach area was adventurous for our young ones and close to surfing area for others. One comment. It is difficult to understand that the listing says it accommodates 12 individuals. It has two queen size beds, one double, two single beds and two roll away which equals accommodation for 10. The problem is where to open the roll away? No room down stairs. There are two couches up stairs which are not fold outs!?? We made out by lifting a roll way up stairs and sleeping on the couch. Very misleading by listing accomplishments for 12. Other than that we enjoyed our stay however we will have to look for another beach house with our children getting older considering the sleeping accommodations. Note to owners for future considerations: Make the one couch a fold out but consider a color beside white. Very nice but if there are young children very dangerous for possible stains a necessary for multiple cleaning after each guest. The hosts are very nice and accommodating!!! Thank you! Beautiful beach stay!

We had 9 adults and 2 children under two. It is a clean, very well equipped home on the beach. The rocks on the beach are unique and a great place for photos. The beds were very comfortable. We used the bikes to go down the road for coffee and breakfast. They have equipped the house for anything you can think of-books, toys, dishes for all age groups, kids pools, chairs and included the toiletries -such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and etc. thank you Heidi for a great family vacation celebrating my 60th Birthday.

Private Beach

Great property, perfect for mid-large size families! Very clean and owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. Amazing to have a private beach as a backyard. We only saw two other people on it, in the distance, our entire stay!

Perfect for our family!

We loved this property for our family of 9. It had plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space. Everything was so well thought out, organized perfectly, and we had everything we needed and more. The kids loved looking for shells, climbing on the rocks and playing in the water. We all loved sitting at the end of the walkway listening to the waves crash and talking as the sun went down. We have never been to the East coast and we all agreed we definitely want to come back.

Private Paradise

The home is beautiful and clean. The location is quite and private. There wasn’t too many other people walking across the back of the property which made it very private to enjoy with the family. It was a more rocky part of the beach, which personally I think kept most out of the area. Even with the rocks and structure, we enjoyed it very much. You can walk a bit north or south to a public beach with less rocks or drive nearby to other public beaches. Not having the sandy beach behind the house was not a negative for us. The view and privacy made the experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
