Desert Blossom House @ The Resorter 10th hole

Welcome to Desert Blossom House located in the Palm Desert Resort (the Resorter) in the heart of the Coachella Valley!

Conveniently located, this 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom single level condo has large open rooms with all the comforts of home. With an amazing view of the golf course, it has privacy and easy access to all the Resorter has to offer. Morning coffee or watching the sunset while enjoying a nice glass of wine, you will never grow tired of the peaceful ambiance of your private patio.

This home is setup for a couple to get away and enjoy the desert lifestyle. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a BBQ on the patio and a full indoor and outdoor dining area for entertaining friends.
The living room has a large 65” TV with a comfortable couch and lazy boy chair to watch all the sporting events and your favorite shows. There is also a nice corner lazy boy chair with an overhead light for reading your favorite book.
Wake up in a large king size bed with a view of the golf course. The bedroom includes a Smart TV, desk area to setup your computer, wooden shutters that can be opened to let in light but give privacy to the room and a large walk-in closet. There is also a washer and dryer for your extended stay.

Palm Desert Resort (The Resorter)
The Resorter offers a variety of activities, dining, and events throughout the year. With such great proximity to the Clubhouse, it’s a quick walk over to enjoy dining, live music or join with friends for a beverage. The renovated clubhouse includes a lounge and bar area as well as a full dining restaurant for a relaxing evening.
The 18-hole/par 72 public course is transforming into one of the great courses in the valley. It includes a full driving range, large putting green, chipping area and practice bunkers to work on your game. Extensive improvements throughout the course over the last two years has revitalized this classic course and made it a must play if you are a golfer.
If golf isn't your style, the resort also has 7 tennis courts, 24 pickleball courts and soon to be a bocce ball court. The Resorter will host annually the National Pickleball Palm Desert Open.
After a game of golf, tennis or pickleball enjoy one of the 19 community saltwater pools and hot tubs. Two pools are located near the condo or take a nice walk around the resort to check out some other areas.

The Area
Located in the heart of Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley where recreation, arts and cultural events are abundant. Close by is the Street Fair at the College of the Desert, many live music venues including, Jolene’s, a quaint wine bar with live music and the Marriot Resort and Spa for a relaxing day at the spa. Bike to the Living Desert, walk the San Andres fault line or hike one of the many trails that overlook the valley. The Resorter is also located within a 10-minute drive of the McCallum Theatre and the new Acrisure Arena for concerts, hockey, and live entertainment. Enjoy Joshua Tree National Park, Desert Premium Outlets, Palm Springs Aerial Tram, the Palm Springs Entertainment District, El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), the Aerial Museum, Children’s Museum, the Desert Arts Festival, BNP Paribas Open, PGA Tournaments and the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. About the Owner
I love the desert, and all that happens there! Tara is from West Kelowna in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. I have lived in the Okanagan Valley my whole life, but Palm Desert has been my playground since I first went there with my grandfather in the 1990’s. It's my favorite winter getaway and when my parents bought a place in Palm Desert Resort in 2004, I fell in love. I have made a minimum of one trip or more a year ever since!
I love the relaxing lifestyle of the desert, the golf and the social life. I have tried many of the restaurants, most of the entertainment venues, many of the golf courses and all the shopping areas. I can assist you with any questions about Palm Desert Resort and most of the local activities and things to do. When I’m there I love to go out and enjoy what Palm Springs, Palm Desert and the whole valley has to offer.
