The Space:

This 2BR/2BA condo is located in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club. Unwind into vacation mode! The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, each with their own sliding glass doors to the back patio. The primary bedroom has a Cal king, and the second bedroom has one full bed. The guest bedroom offers an office space! Enjoy multiple pools throughout the community and private BBQ! Tennis, Pickleball, and golf are all available for an additional fee.

-Strict sound ordinance

-Mailbox access allowed

-25 year age minimum for booking

-No pets without approval and pet fee of $25 + tax per pet per day

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-25mph speed limit STRICTLY enforced. Any fines will be billable to guest and may result in termination of contract with no refunds

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number

-Club house, pickleball/tennis, community pool/spa access permitted
