”Brand new hotel (Opened in 2018) with super nice athmosphere and fresh, modern interiors. Clean and spacious rooms, quiet and with excellent bathroom. Good beds for good nights sleep. Balcony with breathtaking views to the pool area and to mountains. Activities by the pool (badminton, minigolf and games) and Instagrammable pool with giant Flamingo. Best of all however was the free morning yoga for hotel guests in the amazing sunrise. ”

”First room smelled like urine, second room was slightly better but did not feel as clean as it could be. Received random charges two days after my stay and was accused of smoking (I am literally 5 months pregnant). They reversed the charge but still extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. The pool ran out of towels. The family pool was full of moms popping bottles and not watching their kids despite a no glass rule at the pool. Overall it’s really unkept and lacks care.”

”Listen to other's reviews, I should have. We were excited about relaxing in the "hot springs", but they were dirty and the whole property needs a renovation. The Bathroom, bed sheets, carpets, most areas in the room were filthy. We stayed in room 143- poolside/location was convenient/only positive. Bring your own pool towels because you have to use your room towels and exchange them for clean towels We made the best of it, family mini-vacay, but can't recommend it. The 2nd night the guests...
