Condo well located and we enjoyed our time there. However, a number of improvements are needed to justify the price. As stated, the condo can sleep four, but it would only work for a family, not for two couples for a month period. While the condo was clean in general, it became clear that the floor had not been washed for quite while when we looked at our soles after walking barefoot on it. The thermostat is difficult to manage; the instructions are simple but the responses to inputs are very variable. The chairs of the dining room are really uncomfortable. The patio furniture, table and chairs, is pleasant to the eyes, but not practical for eating outside. The TV remote functions are very limited: cannot record directly from it, cannot move forward or backward faster on recorded material, etc. For a long stay as ours, we could not use the dishwasher because there weren’t enough small plates, glasses, and cups. It was also missing a few kitchens equipment such as a liquid measuring cup and a larger pot for cooking pasta. On a good note, very good kitchen appliances. Except for one unreturned phone call, we had excellent service from Palm Desert Vacation Properties.
