The spacious floor plan offers an open floor plan, high ceilings and comfortable furnishing to make your stay relaxing. New flooring, fireplace, wet-bar and mirrored walls are just a few more delightful points to mention. There are flat screen TVs in the living room, primary bedroom and guest bedroom.



The dining room table is unique as it doubles as a pool table and ping pong table. The patio with BBQ island, fire pit overlooks the fairway with the community pool / spa just a few steps away.



Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.
