”Here's our observation from check-in to check-out:
At checking-in, if there's a rush and you're told to wait by your luggage to be showed to your room and you don't want to wait, just go and take your luggage and walk to you room, because you're only waiting for someone to show you to your room. If your luggage is heavy or you have problems walking, you can request a golf cart ride. You get to your rooms from the other end of the lobby.

”Das Tigmiza Hotel ist wirklich das schönste Hotel, in dem wir bisher waren. Alles ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, innen und außen. Die Außenanlage ist üppig begrünt mit drei unterschiedlichen Pools, davon einer beheizt. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurantbereiche, auch die sehr stilvoll. In einem Restaurant gibt es abends Livemusik. Das Personal ist insgesamt unglaublich höflich, zuvorkommend und dabei immer gut gelaunt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, die Betten...

”Palais Mehdi exceeded all expectations! Hotel is beautiful and staff is extremely nice and helpful. We had a spacious room which was cleaned at least daily. Pool and garden is beautiful. Palais Mehdi is not a traditional hotel, is it is more like family run guesthouse. Everyone made us feel very welcome and our stay was excellent. I would highly recomommend Palais Mehdi to everyone!”

”A beautiful hotel. Calm and relaxing -we had a totally restorative stay. Staff couldn’t have done more for us and the whole experience was wonderful. Beautiful weather and pool (the temp is refreshingly cold); great spa treatments; huge room; delicious breakfasts; el fresco dining by the pool for lunch was fabulous. We went into Marrakesh every night (30 mins in cab) and enjoyed fantastic rooftop bars and restaurants – great recommendations from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”
