”I requested in advance, for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper. They allocated me to a room facing the road on the second floor which I could hear quite clearly. When I asked if they could move me they said they would the following day. When I spoke to them the next morning they offered me a room right next to the elevator. ”This hotel is really very nice, clean, safe with excellent breakfast and staff. There are alot of security features in place. Covered parking is a necessity with a fee. Pay it and dont complain. Key card access only. We were going to an event on UT campus and this hotel is very convenient. Just be aware that downtown Austin is not a safe place so a hotel like this one is worth every penny.”
