Beautiful Palm Springs House with Pool/Jacouzi in Palm Springs

Nice pool and backyard with Mountain Views. Newly remodeled and furnished with new appliances. Comfortable sofas, gas and charcoal grills. Minutes away from Palm Springs downtown and casinos. Ping pong table available in garage.

Pool can be heated for extra charge of $125.00 a day which is set to 86 degrees. Host needs to be notified at least 24 hours in advance in order to heat the pool. Minimum two nights required for pool heating.
Jacuzzi/spa heating is complimentary, it is set to 96-98degrees.


City of Palm Springs rules, No music or loud noise is allowed outside at anytime.

This was a 3-night “escape the cold” weekend with my daughter. The house is only 5-10 minutes from PSP. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was better equipped than home. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, private and comfortable. We DoorDashed and got groceries delivered since we didn’t have or need a car. The huge TV in the living room was great for watching the Olympics. The only negative is the sound of aircraft from the airport but its not a busy airport and we barely noticed ir by the second day. We will definitely be back!!! We absolutely loved the stay!!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. Arshak was quick to respond to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spa. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped although we never did really cook. We would stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful visit here, the house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and it’s very conveniently located. We did a fair bit of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, baking sheets, etc. Plenty of bedding and towels for our stay as well. The backyard is nicely done and the spa was spacious. The host is extremely helpful and super quick to respond. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely book again.

Incredible setting, amazing pool, great house

We had a wonderful stay. The views were gorgeous. The house and kitchen were roomy. We had the pool heated, and the temperature was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived we could not say enough good things about the property and the hosts responsiveness ! The house is well stocked , in a great neighborhood and in perfect shape. Short and Sweet

My family of 7 with 2 grandchildren stayed for 3 days. The property was perfect in every way. We did have the pool heated and the kids were very happy. The house and property were immaculate and everything worked properly. The neighborhood was very nice and close to Albertsons market. There was only one problem with location and that was it was underneath the takeoff flight path of the airport. Arshak was a great host and very responsive. Checking in was keyless and very smooth. I would definitely rent this house again

Amazing and clean home!

We booked this place for a quick weekend getaway with the family, and it was an amazing experience. Arshak was incredibly communicative about the entire check-in process, and the house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kids couldn’t stay out of the pool!!!

Perfect for us!!

Can't recommend this place enough. We had an amazing stay - Everything was perfect! Beautiful & clean home, super close to the grocery store, ~5-10 minutes drive to the 'strip', lol. Beds were so comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were so lovely (we opted in for the pool heating fee). There was an issue on the first day with hot water inside the house, but the host was so responsive and got it fixed right away for us! Really appreciated that. We couldn't stop talking about how much we loved the house, how perfect it was for us, and how we were so happy we didn't stay anywhere else! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Palm Springs :)

Amazing Girls Trip

This place was absolutely incredible! The house is stunning and super spacious, the kitchen was perfect for cooking/nights in, the bedrooms were spacious and clean. And the backyard was absolutely amazing. It’s so private and we loved the pool and hot tub, plenty of towels. We also grilled one night which was so fun. Perfect getaway for a girls trip!!

Clean, spacious and elegant decor

This is an amazing property, we found it just as we expected and more. The pool area and hot tub were well kept and a hit for the family. House was spotless! Teens loved having their own room. The ping pong table was hours of fun, looked new. The beds were super comfortable and the master had its own door to the pool area. The one point to keep in mind is that the airport is near by with an occasional fly over. We would definitely return for another vacation.

Fantastic house close to downtown

Amazing property to stay at. Very good communication and fast response. Clean and gorgeous pool. Stayed for a girls weekend. Pool very private. Peaceful and fantastic view of the mountains.
