Tämä suunnittelija kotiin on kaikki helppo elää ja rentoutua auringossa. Kauniisti maisemoitu ja täysin aidattu yksityisyyttä varten, ihastuttavassa ympäristössä on kohoavat palmuja, rehevä ruoho ja kypsä hedge surround - esittävät upeat vuoristomaisemat. TAPAHTUMATTOMAT VUOSIT
On kolme kuningasmestari-sviittiä - kaksi päärakennuksessa ja yksi Casitassa. Jokaisessa huoneessa on laadukas patja, runsaasti säilytystilaa ja oma kylpyhuone. Ensimmäisessä Masterissa on king-vuode ja taulu-tv, ja sen ylellisessä kylpyhuoneessa on upea clawfoot-kylpyamme, suihku ja oma ovi uima-altaalle ja ulkosuihkulle. Toisessa Masterissa on king-vuode, taulu-tv ja kylpyhuone. On myös ylimääräinen vieras kylpyamme.

Casita on 3-huoneen guesthouse, jossa on oma king-huone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja pesula, olohuone, jossa on mukavat istuimet ja taulu-tv sekä täydellinen keittiö ja ruokailutila.

SIJAINTI
Casa Zen sijaitsee asuinalueella Tahquitz River Estates -osassa. Kävele South Palm Springsin liiketoiminta-alueelle ja maailmankuululle Palm Canyon Drive -asemalle. Noin puoli kilometriä Chabadiin. Kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, kahviloista, jäätelöbaareista, kahviloista ja baareista. Casa Zen was better than expected

Beautiful setting, great location, all the amenities and supplies needed for a relaxing stay. Bed was so comfortable, all the extras like good lotion, soaps and shampoos much appreciated. We will be back!

Five stars, no complaints

Could not have been better. Great weather, lots of space to sit and lounge by the pool. A fully equipped kitchen, all the bedrooms had king beds and a bathroom. A classic Palm Springs experience.

Casa Zen Review

The property was wonderful, having en suites for all the bedrooms. The outdoor space was amazing and had everything needed to relax the entire week! The location to downtown was a very short drive. The casita was nice but a little outdated in comparison to the main house, dryer did not work in Casita. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful! Only problem was the sprinklers coming on every nite @ 9 which made it impossible to enjoy the jacuzzi or fire pit. It may have been by design to keep us in the house and quiet

Amazing!

We wanted to play a short vacation nearby for our family before school began. We were drawn in by the pictures on the listing and the reviews were stellar. Above and beyond the property service was communicative leading up to our stay, during our stay and after. I knew before we arrived that our accommodations would be stellar. When we arrived the house looked amazing: clean, cool and cozy. The house overall was just so relaxing and luxurious. I've stayed in tidy homes before, but the cleanliness of this house was next level, including the pool. Thank you so much. We will definitely be searching for this house again when we make our way out to PS!

Birthday Celebration

The house is beautiful….model home beautiful, yet homey and comfortable at the same time. Lots of cozy conversation set ups inside and out! Parking for 3 cars inside the gated driveway, as well as street parking too. Close to downtown (5 min. or less) and about 2-3 blocks from a great hiking trail (South Lykken Trailhead). Acme House Company was just a text away and their responses were immediate. SUPER detailed 3 ring binder w/ directions for everything! My friends and family loved it!! I/we would go back anytime!!!!

Absolutely lovely home

Myself and 3 friends stayed at Casa Zen last week and already can’t wait to go back! The house is conveniently located on a quiet street, walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream and our favorite, Bar Cecil. Everything else was a short Uber ride away (potentially walkable to downtown if it was cooler). The house was clean and well appointed. The pool was a dream. The separate casita gave additional privacy to the couple in this group. Every bedroom had an en suite bathroom which was perfect. The house management company couldn’t have been better to work with! When we told them there was a issue with the front gate they sent someone out to fix it immediately. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Palm Springs.

PSP vacay

Beautiful property. Had issues checking in- our code would not work- and the instructions about codes were not accurate. For example there is a gate code - but no keypad for the driveway gate. Also the alarm went off- although the instructions stated that the alarm would be off. You must enter through the pedestrian gate go inside and get the remote for the gate. But it was easy to reach someone on the phone and get help. Also the air conditioner was locked at 74 degrees- which is a little warm for night time. Also there is a nice fire pit but couldn't use it because the sprinklers came on every hour and kept the sitting area wet. Overall a great place-

This was our fourth stay here. The backyard is perfect to relax with family.The space and layout of the property gives everyone an adequate space to rest, recharge and have fun. Unfortunately, the property management company lacks in care and upkeep. The master bath’s toilet shook and was unstable since our first visit years ago. The gate (to access parking for the property) hasn’t been working adequately since we first stayed there- this visit, it didn’t open AT ALL. Say hello to no safety, and getting in a car 130 degrees each day. We had seniors with us so them having to walk/being at risk for overheating was an inconvenience. Really upsetting- as they knew the gate was broke for at least a week, but failed to communicate this to us. Appliances are in need of repair. I understand wanting an ROI, but the dishwasher sounded as if there were little cranking engines inside…pretty bad. Sad to say, we’ll be looking for an alternative place to stay next time

some problems at the house

The pool and hot tub are great. Upon arrival we could not access the casita which was a required room for our guests. There are two washer/dryer sets in the home and neither dryer worked. Additionally, the staff told us they knew in advance of our stay that neither dryer was functional. The house alarm battery was dead and it continued to beep. We needed to have people come to the house three times to fix things in the home. For the price we paid these types of issues are not acceptable. The management company has agreed to a small refund which has not yet arrived. It's important they recognize the impact of the issues on our vacation but it would be more important to have the house guest-ready prior to our arrival.

Winter Break from Oregon

A quick get away with a group of friends. Well- equipped home in residential neighborhood about a mile from the center of old Palm Springs. Very clean and maintained home with an outstanding pool and outdoor setting. Vacationed with three couples and the home provided excellent privacy with three separate sleeping areas and still plenty of space to gather in the kitchen and common areas. Already planning a return trip.

Relaxing family getaway

Our stay at Casa Zen could not have been better. The house was set up perfectly for a relaxing weekend getaway for our family, including my wife and me, our two adult children and their spouses, plus each of their new infant daughters, aged 3 and 4 months. The format/layout of the house gave us plenty of space to be together, but also room to be apart when quiet time was needed. We took full advantage of the pool and spa area as well as the beautiful patio, yard, fire pit, and view of the mountains. The house was clean and spacious and the furniture inviting and cozy. While we appreciated that downtown Palm Springs was close by, we felt so comfortable at the house there was no need to leave. The kitchen was very well stocked and we felt right at home cooking all our meals there. The house was spotless and seemed near-new, everything worked well/as advertised. The whole process of booking, check-in, etc. dealing with the management company was top notch. All communications were prompt, friendly and professional. The instruction booklet for all the details, WiFi, heating/cooling etc. was very well organized, clear and easy to understand. All in all this is one of the best house rental experiences we have ever had, from the house itself, location and its amenities through the booking, stay and follow up. We will likely be back ourselves and will highly recommend this house for others.

Perfect home and location

We absolutely loved this place and will be back. Needs a little TLC. But still loved this home. The casita shower needs a new head. It’s calcified and provides a horrible shower experience. The washing machine in the Casita doesn’t work. The main house was so comfy and cozy. The front left burner on stove doesn’t work. But all in all it was PERFECTION! WE WILL BE BACK!

Great family trip

My family and I had a fun & relaxing vacation. We had a lot of fun together. The place was clean and it had all we needed to have a great time. We all enjoyed ourselves playing in the pool, it has games and all the channels you want, thx ACE Homes!

Casa Zen - Again & Again!

If your looking for a beautiful, calming and extremely relaxing property for your next get away; its Casa Zen. This was our family's 3rd stay at the property and each visit keeps getting better. The layout of the house and casita is wonderful for families and offers plenty of areas and rooms to relax. The back yard and pool area is simply a dream and very Spacious areas to lounge, large pool and spa and grounds are so inviting. The casita offers a convenient space with a full kitchen to easily access while enjoying the pool and spa. We love the views while floating in the pool of the mountains; beautiful day and night. The spacious fire pit area is a great way to end the evening and enjoy the view. The house is beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. There is lots of room for everyone to relax and find space to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked and they even have a convenient wine/beverage bar. The property management, Acme, is extremely responsive and accessible to answer any questions you have. They provide the best customer service and support and their properties are exceptional! Looking for a place to escape and relax, then book Casa Zen!

Excellent and relaxing

Beautiful home - exactly as photos represent. Walking distance to many restaurants. Beautiful view. Immaculately clean. Very well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend. Great shopping and hiking just a short drive away.

Perfect stay for our family holiday!

My family and I stayed at Casa Zen for Christmas, and we couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home for the holiday! We were even graciously allowed to bring our pups, and we so appreciated having our entire family with us in such a beautiful space. The heated pool and hot tub absolutely made our trip! And the location was right in the center of everything. Seriously, it was only a few minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. Plus, the casita was perfect for my mom to stay in while my brother and our spouses stayed in the main house. The house was well-stocked, sparkling clean, and had multiple living rooms for us to hang out in. And the neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk around in. We’d love to stay at Casa Zen again!

The property was as advertised. Very clean. Nice pool, spa, and fire pit. Management seems nice and helpful but didn’t really need them as all went well. FYI the beds are very high off the floor and have a soft foam topper.

Spacious Palm Springs Getaway, Less Desirable Neighborhood

We had a lovely family vacation at Casa Zen. The pictures were accurate, the house was clean, and it was plenty of space for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). They don't give the casita enough credit in the description. I actually had to call for clarity on the sq ft of the place as they don't include it. We stayed in the casita and it was plenty of space for 2 and gave us privacy from the rest of the family. Between the large backyard, family room, living room and dining room, we never felt cramped. The house has recently been remodeled which was nice to have a bit more modern amenities. I will say the kitchen tools were a bit lacking. Bring your own if you can. And I wouldn't plan on cooking anything in the casita as there is no cookware over there and barely any cups/utensils. Beware: I think they have a bit of a pest problem. Every one of us got 10+ mosquito bites our first night being out by the pool. We think the grass may attract them. I've stayed at other properties in Palm Springs with both pools and grass and have never had an issue. It's really too bad because the backyard is so nice and peaceful with plenty of space to hang out by the fire pit, hot tub or play games (we brought corn hole and spike ball - plenty of space!). We also had to kill a cockroach in one of the bedrooms and we had very tiny bugs that kept appearing in the bathroom sink of the casita. I would highly recommend to the owner to get pest control! While the house is extremely close to downtown (only 1 mile away), the neighboring streets are not so great. We went on morning runs and no matter which direction we went, we would see homeless and people doing drugs (literally within a 0.25 mi radius). If you're just staying on property or driving to and from downtown, you probably will not notice this. What we loved: The pool is great. It was a large size (even for swimming laps) and they were thoughtful when building it as it has a bench on the deep end and an umbrella stand built in.
