A magnificent and spacious 3 bedroom, mini-estate home; walled and gated. At just over 1,500 sq. ft., the home is light-filled and offers well-furnished common areas flowing together seamlessly.
The backyard features a huge oval shaped pool with an integrated spillover spa, multiple lounge chairs, umbrellas, and outdoor dining. There's also a Weber BBQ grill and some magnificent mountain views – if that's your sort of thing!
Entering through the front door you'll be welcomed by a large comfortable living area that's flanked by large panels of glass facing outside toward that magnificent mountain view and the sparkling blue pool.
Adjacent to the living room is your dining area, set for 6 next to the cook's kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to support your entire group. Your group will have plenty of room to relax, prepare meals, and enjoy one another's company in this open laid concept.
All bedrooms have smart Samsung TVs. The two guest bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable furnishings, artwork, and windows that allow the sunshine in.
The first guest room's bathroom is just outside the bedroom located in the hallway off the kitchen. The second guest room is on the opposite side of the house down the hallway. The bathroom for this bedroom is also located in this hallway space. On the opposite side of the hallway, you'll discover the Primary bedroom.
Your main suite or Primary bedroom features a King size bed, television, an en-suite bathroom, lots of cabinet space, and has direct access to the outside pool deck.
The backyard is where it's all at! Expansive, it offers multiple seating areas, dining opportunities, multiple shady spaces for lounging, pool and spa, outdoor shower, and a large fire pit for the chilly desert evenings.
This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Nearby public parks offer tennis and pickleball courts. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
Deepwell is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $89nightly or $445 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
