If you prefer more formal gatherings, the seating area is the perfect place for good conversations with friends and family. You'll love cooking up your favorite meals in the fully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you'll need. Enjoy a meal in the formal dining room, bathed in ample natural light and imaginative art. With seating for 8, it's the perfect spot for dinner parties and gatherings. The cherry on top is the converted garage, now a den and game room, complete with a ping pong table and ample seating for fun-filled hours with your group. A quick 10-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway within 15 minutes of the home, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.

Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
