I will say most of the staff was amazing, helpful, outside of who checked us in. I didn’t get any information other than our room key card so I figured WiFi password, room service, info on resturaunts/gold spa etc would be in the room (I’m pretty tech savvy and self sufficient but there was none of that info). I was very confused there wasn’t a WiFi password, room service option I just assumed maybe room service wasn’t available. I tried finding the guide on the tv- it was black until day 2 the tv guide magically appeared for the grand Hyatt must have activated because it came onto the TV all of a sudden and I said oh it is. I also thought it was kind of weird because I was interested in upgrading to a villa from a normal room. Basically it was just like yeah we have rooms available, but there wasn’t any kind of.
