Tämä upea vuosisadan puolivälissä sijaitseva, Palm Springsin halutuimmista lähiöistä, Twin Palms, hiljaisesti sijaitseva, tarjoaa upeat näkymät Mt. San Jacinto ja Santa Rosa -vuoret.

Sisältä tyylikäs sisäänkäynti aukeaa upeasti suunniteltuun olohuoneeseen, jossa vieraat voivat nauttia 65 tuuman taulutelevisiosta tai käpertyä takan vieressä lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla näkymillä uima-altaalle ja vuorille. Vieressä sijaitseva, jaksoinen ruokasali, liikkuva minibaari, aamiaisbaari, lounaspaikka ja gourmet-keittiö, joka sisältää huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita, kuten seinälle asennettavan uunin ja viiden polttimen kaasusarjan. Tästä suuresta avoimesta keittiöstä on myös näkymät lattiasta kattoon ja suora pääsy uima-altaan pihalle.

Juuri käytävällä pariovien läpi, kodin eteläsiipi ylpeilee valtavalla päällikön sviitillä, jossa länteen päin oleva seinä on melkein kaikki lasia, hyödyntäen taas upeita näkymiä vuorille ja mahdollistaen pääsyn uima-altaan sisäpihalle. Tässä rauhallisessa alkovissa on muhkeat king-vuoteet, valtava vaatehuone, 55 tuuman taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Kylpyhuoneessa on vesikaappi, kaksi pesuallasta pitkiä turhamaisuuksia, iso lasinen suihkukaappi, jossa on kaksi suihkupäätä, ja tietysti enemmän näkymiä valtavasta suihkuikkunasta.

Takaisin sisäänkäynnin yli ja suuren huoneen läpi, kodin pohjoissiipi esittelee uuden upea king-sviitin, jossa on suuret liukuvat kaapit, 55 tuuman taulutelevisio, oma kylpyhuone ja oma patio. Sitten kodin itämuuria pitkin on vielä kaksi ihastuttavasti sisustettua vierashuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-vuodetta, komerot ja yhdellä vierashuoneista on liukulasiovi pääsy hiljaiseen patioon. Aulan vieressä vierashuoneista on vielä yksi kylpyamme kylpyammeella, jonka vierashuoneet jakavat.

Pihalla ei ole mitään toivomisen varaa. Yksityisesti koteloitu ficukseen, kristallin sininen uima-allas ja kylpylä kimaltelevat henkeäsalpaavien 120 asteen näkymien alla ympäröiville lumipeitteisille vuorille. Ruokailualue ulkona, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu kaasugrilli ja suuri perhepöytä, odottaa seuraavan perheen BBQ: ta, ja useita parkituskiinteitä kutsuu vieraita uima-altaan viereen. Spring Family Trip

We were comfortable in the house, spent a lot of our time in the hot tub & pool. The pool was bigger than it seems in the pictures. It was a little noisy in the backyard with the pool system. Beds were comfortable, some of the chairs were not. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, a great stay.

Beautifully maintained house, well suited to our group of three couples, very well stocked kitchen in a truly iconic Palm Springs neighbourhood. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had and both check in and check out accommodated our needs. The information binder was comprehensive and very informative. We had a great stay, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub that were both kept at an ideal temperature.

Amazing Weekend!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about our weekend in Palm Springs and staying at Iconic Twin Palms. It is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood but so close to everything. The house is beautiful inside and out. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and baths and the beds were so comfortable! The pool area is gorgeous for afternoon swimming or evening cocktails by the fire table. Great communication with the management team before our stay. First time in Palm Springs but definitely won’t be our last and I would absolutely book this home again!

Great Neighborhood

This was our 11th annual Palm Springs stay. The neighborhood was classic mid century modern and fun to walk. Also, a manageable short drive to downtown. The house was clean, well appointed and worked well for our family with 2 young children. We had a few episodes with the hot tub heat, but the management group was quick to resolve it. We would love to return next year.

I thought the noise ordinance would be annoying, but we were generally out and it didn't affect us. The neighborhood is great for walking. I'd definitely stay here again.

A few very minor items simply as a result of being a rental property could be addressed, but it was definitely a home I would highly recommend.As a second time client of Altamira, I must say I am so very pleased and grateful for the fantastic service and attention provided by them. Altamira was so responsive, eager to help in any way, and definitely proved they wanted to ensure my stay was wonderful. Their wonderful service began months earlier when I first committed to the property and continued right thru until my last day. I would never hesitate to work with and would highly highly recommend Altamira to anyone.

Loved this house!

The house is gorgeous! Super well appointed with everything you need for cooking. Pool is a great temp and well maintained. There are basically 2 master bedrooms and 2 guest room. Would easily host another family. Would rent this property again! Only complaint was that we couldn’t get the hot tub to heat.

Pool was large, great fire pit, plenty of sunny & shady spots and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My cousins and I enjoyed our long girls weekend at the Iconic Twin Palms. The house has a great layout, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed. Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive away, and we had just as much fun walking around this mid-century modern neighborhood. We routinely met at the covered table in the backyard for early morning coffee talks, and later the pool was the perfect size for our party of 4. The hosts were attentive and check-in via Facetime was an added convenience. We had such a fantastic time that I booked the same property for the following weekend for my husband and his college friends to enjoy :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect stay for two families

The house was in a wonderful location, featured great Palm Springs decor, and had an awesome layout for two families with young children. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!!

Twin Palms Neighborhood

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for several weeks, got to know the house well. It's a lovely walking neighborhood, convenient to stores, hiking, Indian Canyons. Great curb appeal. The pool is a lovely, and a good size, likewise the tub. A nice shady gazebo is convenient for dining. The house is spacious, rooms have plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well-equipped, though the ovens don't work well. The kitchen, living and dining rooms all face west and get very hot and stuffy during the afternoon and evening - because there's only one double door and the kitchen window open to the deck, there's no cross-ventilation. Some of the west windows to the deck are permanently fogged and need replacement - ideally with sliding doors for ventilation. Comfort could be improved quite a bit. We didn't find the LR furniture comfortable. The master bed mattress is uneven, hard and uncomfortable, transmits every movement. The bed frame creaks a lot. A house in this price range should have excellent beds - and cotton, not synthetic sheets. The poolside furniture is old, needs replacing ,and more tables. The garden looks sad - needs some plantings. The wifi outside is poor. Overall, the house could use some 'spiffing up'. I can't say enough good things about the fine people at Altamira. They were a pleasure to deal with and each issue that arose received prompt attention.

Very Nice House in Lovely Neighborhood

The house was very nice. Clean comfortable rooms. Great neighborhood. Close to everything you want to do in Palm Springs. Perfect for a family or couples. We would return for sure.
