Other Things to Note:

Optional pool heat available for $150 per day, $65 per day if chosen to heat on multiple days.



PLEASE NOTE: Due to Palm Springs City Ordinance, the primary renter must be 25 years or older and be present during the rental period. The City requires that you provide a government ID and your acceptance of the booking confirms your understanding of this.



Also, overnight guests cannot exceed 6 guests, though this number can increase to 8 if two of the guests are 12yo or younger.



The large saline pool needs 24hrs to reach its temperature, so it's advised to add pool heat at the time of booking or prior to check in, so the pool has reached the desired temperature by the time you arrive. However, if you choose to add pool heat after check-in, the amount will be charged via the resolution center and that includes the day we turn the pool heat on, so a minimum of 3 days.
