Mid-Mod-tyyli modernilla mukavuudella!

Mid Mod on klassinen Mid Century Modern -koti, jonka rakensi vuonna 1959 Alexander Company yhdessä tunnetun arkkitehtitoimisto Palmerin ja Kriselin kanssa. Tämä duo, joka on kuuluisa siitä, että se on luonut komeita kattoviivakoteja ja tuonut ulkopuolelta lattiasta kattoon ja raivausikkunoilla, toi saman modernin suunnittelun George Drive -taloon.

Sijaitsee Racquet Club Road Estates -kadussa, Mid Mod sijaitsee vain yhden mailin päässä Palm Springsin keskustasta pohjoiseen. Hyvin suunniteltuun loistavaan huoneeseen kuuluu päivitetty keittiö, jossa on huippuluokan kodinkoneet, ruokailutila kahdeksalle ja oleskelutila, joka sisältää suuren TV: n, äänibaarin ja sinus-stereokaiuttimet sekä vintage-stereolaitteet nauttiaksesi vinyyliä!

Oleskelu-ruokailutila-keittiön avoimen pohjapiirroksen ansiosta vieraat voivat nauttia näkymistä San Jacinton vuorille keittiosaarelta tai hyvin varustetusta ulkotiloista. Lämmitetty uima-allas, kylpytynnyri, takkakuoppa, ulkokeittiö ja ruokailutila ovat kaikki asiakkaiden käytettävissä seinämäisen takapihan yksityisyydessä.

Avaruus:
Päärakennuksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, ja erillisessä Casitassa on neljäs makuuhuone, jossa 2 vuodetta, kylpyhuone ja toinen pieni keittiö.

Muut Palm Springsin nähtävyydet ovat vastaavasti lyhyen ajomatkan päässä alueellisista kasinoista ja uhkapeleistä maailmankuuluihin spa-lomakohteisiin, tennis, golf ja Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Racquet Club Estates on Palm Springsin tärkein naapurusto. Naapurustossa on runsaasti arkkitehtuuria ja historiaa. On huomattava, että kaupungissa on vakaat määräykset, joita noudatetaan tiukasti. The space is a good size for 5–6 people, though the indoor seating is limited and might not be comfortable for a larger group. The outdoor area is definitely the highlight, but unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working during our stay. The AC is only available in the living room, so if the bedroom doors are closed at night, it can get quite warm. On the plus side, the kitchen was well-stocked, which made preparing meals very easy.

The description and photos are spot on, everything looked exactly as in the description. The home is beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together.The outdoor space was awesome, private and ideal for laying by the pool and hanging out for dinner. The kitchen was also a highlight, well-equipped, easy to work in, and great for cooking meals which we did twice. The converted garage was a great place for 2 of us to share but not feel cramped. The bathroom, albeit small, served its purpose. It has a separate entrance but does have a sliding door out to the pool which we used frequently to access the main house. Its central location made it easy to get around and explore, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and it truly made our weekend celebration memorable.

Best Vacation, Ever

Great experience from beginning to end; making the reservation, pre-trip communication & on stie support all the way through check out. Property even better than expected. Well appointed. Location great; near downtown & airport in historic neighborhood. Great to have 3 bedrooms and casita with 2 beds for the five of us. Pool, hot tub, sauna, and fire pit all awesome. Care put into the furnishings. Property clean and organized. Rob provided high level customer service/white glove concierge attention. Thanks, Rob. Comments from a couple of the other guests: “… the house was absolutely fabulous — well-appointed and perfectly on theme. Rob was by far the most helpful and responsive property manager I’ve ever worked with. When advised the first morning that the master bath toilet wasn’t usable, he sent Christian over right away. Christian had it repaired and the bathroom cleaned within 2 hours. Great, friendly service!” “Outstanding customer service. Very responsive to any issues, including going above and beyond during a local power outage to ensure we were ok and even brought lanterns. Hummingbird Hideaway

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is much nicer then the pictures portray. The home is well stocked with everything you could ever need. The management team was very responsive with the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future! I titled this review hummingbird hideaway as everyday while we relaxed with drinks by the pool lots of hummingbirds visited all the flowering vines along the fence.

Great stay!

Excellent place, well-appointed, comfortable, with a great patio and pool. And very clean. Loved our stay there.

Fun! Pool and hot tub were the best! House is lovely and had everything we needed.

Property Managers, Relax Palm Springs, run a very efficient operation. From checking in, answering questions, and checking out - all very smooth. Very professional.

Thanksgiving in Palm Springs

Our family rented this mid century modern home to celebrate. What a great place for family! Great facilities, location, ambience…even had Xmas decor and lights up for our stay! Would definitely recommend for your visit!!

Great location and house

The property was well maintained, very spacious, and close to a lot of amenities. The living room was a great place to unwind in the evening, and the vinyl collection provided hours of entertainment!

Amazing

This house was amazing. Very clean and spacious. It met all our needs and so convenient that it’s only a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. We can’t wait to be back again next year!

Amazing Mid Mod

The property is exactly as described and much more! Immaculately clean mid century delight. Management team were responsive and friendly. The casita gave the kids their own space making the main house a great retreat for the parents! Highly recommend!

Fun House - Great Week

We had a great time in Palm Springs. The house was clean and just as described. It worked very well for our family of 4 and my mother. The property managers were very helpful and responsive. The owner has an incredible record collection that he shares with the guests. The separate casita was a nice bonus space for us. It has a desk and allowed my husband a convenient and private work space. We enjoyed a day at Joshua Tree (short drive), and several local hikes. The outdoor spaces are wonderful and relaxing. The grocery store is super close, and downtown Palm Springs (shopping and restaurants is nearby as well). We would definitely rent this home again and work with Relax Palm Springs rentals in the future.

The property is killer, so many nice touches everywhere. Really really wonderful all around..you will be the opposite of disappointed. I’d stay there again for sure :)

Carefully decorated interior and exterior. Having the casita gave us two nicely separated spaces as well.
