Sleep 8 across four king bedrooms and four full bathrooms, each bedroom with private patio access. Ideal for multi-family getaways or friend groups. In winter, soak in the hot tub after riding the Aerial Tramway 15 minutes away and summer means pool days with dinners at the covered outdoor bar.


The Space:

The living room has a plush sectional, two armchairs, and smart TV for streaming. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, Nespresso machine, and counter seating for four. The dining table seats eight. The speakeasy bar downstairs includes a poker table, smart TV, high-top table for two, and music. Outside, you`ll find a covered outdoor bar with seating, dining table for eight, and grill. The pool is surrounded by cabanas, and there`s a hot tub, outdoor shower, firepit with comfortable seating, hammock swings, corn hole, and Connect 4.

Bedroom 1 (Champagne Room/Primary) has a King bed, smart TV, patio and pool access, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (Aperol Spritz Room) has a King bed.
Bedroom 3 (Bubble Gum Room) has a King bed and private patio access.
Bedroom 4 (Marilyn Room/next to speakeasy) has a king bed and private patio access.

Two external security cameras are on the property: one located by the doorbell monitoring the exterior entry, and one monitoring the driveway.

The area showcases the world`s largest collection of preserved mid-century modern architecture. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers mountain access with nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking. Joshua Tree National Park and Tahquitz Canyon are both great day trip destinations nearby.



Getting Around:

Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive away. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is easily accessible by car. Joshua Tree National Park and Tahquitz Canyon are within driving distance for day trips. Palm Springs International Airport serves the area.

- Our home is equipped with outdoor noise sensors that measure the decibel levels outside.
- If we are alerted of any outdoor music, you will be subject to immediate eviction without warning or refund.
- Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from playing any music outdoors while staying at Rat Pack Rendezvous.

The City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Guidelines:

- NO OUTDOOR MUSIC OR PARTIES are allowed at any time. Violators will be subject to a $500 fine plus immediate eviction from the property without refund.
- Indoor music cannot be audible outdoors.
- Outdoor/indoor music cannot be heard past the property line at any time.
- Outdoor quiet hours: 9pm to 8am.
- Max overnight guests: 8 adults.
- Max daytime guests: 12.
- Max cars at the property: 4
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- The city requires an additional signed contract, which will be sent to you shortly after booking.
- Due to increased activity in our neighborhood by code enforcement, we kindly ask that guests who plan on violating these guidelines consider alternative accommodations.

House Rules:

- This is a smoke-free property. No smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed inside or outside. Any violations will be subject to a $1500 smoking fee plus any additional cleaning fees and odor removal costs.
- There will be a $100 fine for unauthorized guest(s) that exceeds the maximum occupancy, with possible eviction and no refunds.
- Property is not pet friendly. If found non-compliant, you will be fined $250 with possible eviction and no refund.

We want you to have a wonderful stay at Rat Pack Rendezvous while also helping us respect our neighbors and comply with City of Palm Springs requirements. Please review the following rules before your arrival.

Occupancy & Guests:

*Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 adults
* Maximum daytime occupancy is 12 guests
* Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property.
* Unauthorized guests exceeding the permitted occupancy may result in a $100 fee, eviction, and no refund.

Parties, Gatherings & Music

* Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
* Outdoor music is prohibited at all times.
* Indoor music must not be audible outside the property or beyond the property line.
* Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level.
* City-required outdoor quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM.
* Outdoor noise monitoring is in place to help ensure compliance with Palm Springs regulations.
* Violations of the City`s music and party regulations may result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction, and no refund.

Smoking & Vaping
* Rat Pack Rendezvous is a 100% smoke-free property.
* Smoking and vaping of any kind are not permitted inside or anywhere outside on the property.
* A $1,500 smoking fee, along with any additional cleaning and odor-removal costs, will apply to violations.

Pets

*Pets are not permitted at Rat Pack Rendezvous.
* An unauthorized pet may result in a $250 fee, eviction, and no refund.

Parking

* A maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted at the property.

Pool & Spa

* Hot tub heat is included with your stay.
* Optional pool heat is available for $100 per day and includes the hot tub.
* Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival and selected for the entire stay.
* Pool heat is set to approximately 86°F.
* Due to weather and outdoor temperatures, heating time may vary and the pool may take additional time to reach the desired temperature.
* Once pool heat has been activated, no refunds will be provided, including due to weather conditions.

Palm Springs Requirements:

* The primary renter must be at least 25 years old
* The City of Palm Springs requires guests to review and sign the City`s Vacation Rental Rules & Regulations.
* The required documentation will be provided after booking and must be completed before access information can be issued.
* Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable City of Palm Springs vacation-rental regulations during their stay.

Security & Monitoring

* Two exterior security cameras are located on the property: one at the front entry/doorbell and one monitoring the driveway.
* There are no cameras inside the home.
* Noise monitoring is used to help maintain compliance with City of Palm Springs noise regulations.

Compliance

By staying at Rat Pack Rendezvous, guests agree to follow these House Rules as well as all applicable City of Palm Springs vacation-rental regulations. Violations may result in applicable fees, termination of the stay, eviction, and/or additional charges as outlined above and in the rental agreement.
