Tässä upeissa näkymissä San Jacinton vuorille, korkeissa kattoissa on kaunis ja tyylikäs Palm Springsin suolaisen veden uima-allas / spa-koti, jossa on 4 makuuhuonetta, 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta. 3 makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, täysin varustettu kylpyhuone. Suuri avoin keittiö ja siihen liitetty perhehuone; erillinen ruokailutila ja takkahuone. Aidatulla sisäänkäynnin pihalla ja 3 auton autotalli. Den sijaitsee pois makuuhuoneesta, josta on suora pääsy kuohuviinin uima-altaalle ja spaan. Queen-size-vuodesohva mahtuu 2 alle 12-vuotiasta lasta. Olemme lyhyen 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Palm Springsin keskustasta. Jos et halua ajaa, Uber ja Lyft ovat palveluita, joita vieraat ja paikalliset käyttävät todennäköisesti eniten. Pursuant to the City of Palm Springs' Ordinance enacted in April of 2017, we are not allowed to have music outside at any time.
In addition, pursuant to the "Good neighbor policies" included in the ordinance, no noise is allowed outside after 10:00 p.m. We very much apologize.
We are allowed 4 cars overnight. Smoking is only allowed outside. Incidentally, our pool is not gated. We insist on strict supervision of children.

The Swan House may just be our new fave house in Palm Springs! We stayed over the New Year's holiday and it was the perfect setup for two families. Loved that three bedrooms had en-suites, and the fourth bedroom with the daybed/trundle bed offers great flexibility. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking essentials (not always a given), and had plenty of cabinet and counter space. We loved relaxing in the back yard, the mountain view makes for a great vibe. The pool heating and spa worked great, very easy controls - ditto for the propane fire pit table. And the owner Eduardo was a true pleasure to deal with - he was extremely pleasant and accommodating as a host. We'll def be back!

Absolutely the best stay I have experienced. I have only great things to say about this wonderful home. Everything is like you see in the photos, but better! I had no idea how large the space was. The photos do not truly capture the space and the tranquility of his beautiful home. My family and I have such a lovely time. We felt comfortable, safe and enjoyed relaxing at the pool. The location is great, residential, but still close enough to the market. You will love staying here. Arturo, Armando and Eduardo were so attentive and helpful. We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful Palm Springs escape

My friends and I had an amazing time at this house. There was plenty of space, it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The homeowners were so kind, so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of.

Excellent Cozy Home away from home!

Stayed here for Coachella weekend! It was such a cute property, perfect location, with a pool and pet friendly. Took my two small dogs, and was plenty of space for the 4 of us adults! Can easily fit another 2-4 people! It was very clean, cozy, easy check-in/check out and host was very responsive with anything we needed! 10/10 would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Golden Girls Get-away

There are 5 of us retired flight attendants who travel around together. When we travel we are very picky about the location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms of the house we rent. On top of it all, the reviews have to be above average. We chose Armando and Edwardo's SWAN HOUSE for those very reasons. The two hosts were the absolute best communicators of any we've ever rented from. From the get-go they were right there to answer any question we had. On top of that, Arturo their property manager greeted us at the house to show us around and answer questions. That was very helpful. The process was seamless. Their house was sparkling clean a must! It was beautifully decorated, had plenty of nice glasses, coffee cups, dishes, appliances etc, nice bedding and plenty of it. It felt like all the comforts of home. The back yard has a beautiful pool and hot tub, firepit, lounges, sitting area and dining table and chairs. It was nice to also have a patch of grass and a nice big mature orange tree that was lit up with white twinkle lights at night and the most fragrant blossoms ever. We 5 ladies agreed we could live there permanently. The house design was really great and rooms all very spacious with a dining room, living room, eating bar in a big spacious kitchen and an open plan to a large family room. We liked that the front outside of the house was well lit at night. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We will definitely recommend and book here again! Check it out!

Main drawback is that patio and pool face north -good for summer months but not good for the winter . House is spacious and well maintained .,owner was very responsive and helpful . Garden is not large .

Spacious house for weekend with friends!

The house is comfortable and well-laid out for a weekend get-away with girl friends. It was well-appointed with linens, kitchen supplies, etc. and was immaculate; one bathroom had a minor mini-ant incursion that the host, Eduardo, immediately addressed even though it was after hours on Friday. Eduardo and his team are extremely responsive and welcoming. Before you check in, they send videos to help you navigate the basics, such as location of the garage lockbox, an extra communication that was helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Summer Getaway

The house is as described...fabulous! Every room is so large and fit the 6 of us so perfect. We spent a lot if tine at the house this year. It is angled so even though the temperature was high end of June, the breeze was so nice. We never got too warm and the pool was nice and cool. The kitchen is set up nice and we had most of our meals at the house. We did some BBQ. It is close to downtown by car, we took a ride there and stopped at a few shops. We plan to return when possible when the kids are out of school. The owners of the property are such wonderful, kind, caring people. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs and by conference call/text someone would be available at any time. The sweet housekeeper met us and showed us around/answered any questions. I cant think of anything that we didnt like. Thanks so much. We HIGHLY recommend this home for any length of stay.

Loved loved loved it!!!!

This place was so relaxing. I would stay here again and again. The communication with the host was amazing, they got back to you right away. The house was an oasis of relaxation and peace. My kids were in the pool the whole week. We cooked everyday and my kids didn’t spend a lot of time on their tablets and cellphones. My teenagers actually played with my little ones. I will be back thanks for the amazing stay.

Swan House Extraordinaire

Loved, loved, loved everything about this house, the hosts, and the on site manager. Our stay was fabulous! The pool was fabulous. The house was well equipped with everything. There were six adults, two teens, one preteen and a thirteen month old little boy in our party, and everyone was happy! Not an easy feat! One of us had to telecommute and the internet worked great, very fast. I wish we had booked our stay for more time. I highly recommend this house and plan on coming back much more often.A+++++++ from us. Thank you Armando, Eduardo, and Gabi🌻🌻🌻

34th annual adventure

5 adults stayed for 8 days. The setup was perfect for our group. Having a private bathroom with each bedroom was great! The house is nicely decorated and there is plenty of room to be together as a group and also room to have separate spaces of our own. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Palm Springs and for some short day trips. We were there in the winter but were able to sit/dine outside unless it rained. The neighborhood was good for morning walks. Typically we like to visit a new place each year but we are talking about coming back here next year!!!

Fantastic Stay

Our party of 7 (3 kids aged 5 and under) had a great stay at this house! It was very spacious, clean, and well set up for our needs. The pool and spa were fantastic, we loved spending time swimming and relaxing. I have stayed in many houses in Palm Springs and would definitely return to this one. Wonderful, spacious house!

Beautiful home! Three huge bedrooms, all with en-suite large bathrooms, plus another good-sized bedroom with a trundle bed, and a nice desk. Half bath in the hall is super convenient. We had three couples and two kids, and we had lots of room - very spacious home. Lots of room to spread out. Dining room was great for all 8 of us. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. House was clean, and well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Full size laundry was great. The back yard was awesome - plenty of seating, chaise lounges, large dining table, a fire pit, and of course, the pool and spa (hot tub). The location is great - easy to get to downtown Palm Springs, the airport, and to highway 10. Eduardo and Armando were quick to answer any questions, and were very good hosts. We definitely will be back!

Wonderful stay, and excellent hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Palm Springs home. The house was very spacious for our party of 7 and well-equipped. The grounds were well-kept, and it's situated centrally and in a nice neighborhood. Eduardo was the consumate host, who was very responsive to our inquiries and wanted to ensure a pleasant stay. The outdoor space was great, and we loved the view of the mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and recommend to others!

A Serene Five-Star Retreat with Unbeatable Convenience at the Swan House!

My stay at Swan House in Palm Springs surpassed expectations! From the detailed attention (the owners called or texted everyday to make sure we were happy and comfortable) and exceptional hospitality of the owners, to Gaby's friendly and efficient tour, everything was perfect. Thoughtful inclusions like toothpaste and shower gel made us feel at home. The saltwater pool was an irresistible oasis, offering relaxation and magical experiences. Bachelorette Weekend

My friends and I had a blast here for my bachelorette weekend. Location was great, 5 minutes from town and 5 minutes from the airport. The house has a wonderful layout for a group and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect! The hosts were very generous and readily available if we needed anything at all! Would highly recommend this house, and will stay here for any future trips to Palm Springs!

Fantastic spot in Palm Springs

Our family spent our Christmas vacation at the Swan House. The property layout is terrific - excellent commons area for gathering, and ample private areas. The property is nice, cleanliness was excellent and the location seemed central to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the owners as well as the property manager were seamless. I highly recommend the Swan House!

Perfect getaway

First time visiting Palm Springs on a mother/daughter trip. The property was well kept and the backyard pool area was perfect for hanging out. We had 8 people in our group and the house had plenty of space/beds to accommodate our group. We had one small issue with the hot tub heater and management was quick to respond to fix the issue. Would definitely return to this property on our next visit to Palm Springs!

Amazing stay

This house was my favorite. I have been renting in Palm Springs for many years. The layout and location was awesome. I took my grandchildren for the birthdays. The pool, jacuzzi and backyard did not disappoint. I will be back to this house.
