INTERIOR

The interior opens into a bright, open-concept living space that immediately feels welcoming and expansive. A blue leather sectional sofa anchors the main living area, offering generous seating and a relaxed focal point for conversation or evening movies. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats eight and is positioned to overlook sliding glass doors that open directly to the pool deck, allowing natural light to pour in and keeping the outdoor setting visually present throughout the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek cabinetry, and abundant counter space that supports everything from casual breakfasts to shared dinners. Its layout encourages easy movement and connection to the surrounding living and dining areas, making it a natural hub of the home. Just off the main living space, a dedicated workstation with a desk and chair provides a convenient place to work or plan the day without feeling removed from the rest of the home.

An additional den area adds another layer of comfort, furnished with leather seating arranged around a fireplace. This secondary living space offers a quieter place to unwind, read, or enjoy a slower pace, giving the home multiple zones for gathering and retreat.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The bedrooms are arranged to offer both privacy and comfort, each thoughtfully furnished and styled to support restful nights. The primary bedroom serves as a calm retreat with a spacious layout and an ensuite bathroom designed for everyday ease. Guest bedrooms are equally inviting, offering comfortable beds and convenient access to well-appointed bathrooms that include a combination of modern fixtures and clean, functional design. Together, the sleeping quarters balance relaxation and practicality, making the home well suited for families or groups traveling together.



EXTERIOR

The rear yard unfolds as a private oasis, framed by tall greenery that creates a sense of seclusion while maintaining an open, airy feel. Lush green grass stretches across the yard, punctuated by towering palm trees that reinforce the unmistakable Palm Springs setting. At the center, the pool and spa invite refreshing swims and unhurried soaking, while several lounge chairs are positioned for sun-filled afternoons. A firepit adds warmth and atmosphere in the evenings, creating a natural gathering place once the sun dips below the horizon.

An outdoor kitchen with bar seating extends the living experience outdoors, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy drinks without ever leaving the backyard. The entire space is beautifully landscaped and designed to accommodate everything from quiet mornings to lively evenings under the desert sky.



POOL/SPA

The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool and spa heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
