The rear yard features a private spa, a covered outdoor living pavilion, a second dining area for ten or more, and a built-in BBQ. Guests can enjoy yard games including shuffleboard, croquet, foosball, darts, and lawn games, all shaded by towering palms and citrus trees. The detached Casita provides a private entrance, king bed, ensuite bath, desk, and a tropical Old Hollywood vibe. The Pink Lemonade Pool House, located at the front of the property, includes a king bed, ensuite bath with restored vintage tile, and private entrance. An additional cabana bath with shower is conveniently located off the pool area.
