This home is located in the iconic `48@Baristo`. It has modern furnishings throughout. The main living area has an expansive great room, hard wood floors, a fully stocked kitchen open to the dining area, a gas fireplace and a powder room. Upstairs are the two separate bedrooms with Queen beds with en suite bathrooms connected by a catwalk.



The primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool.



Relax in the courtyard by the fire pit, dine al fresco or enjoy your private Pool and Spa! The fully detached Casita has a bedroom with a Queen bed and a bathroom, completely private from the main house.



All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV.



There is a washer/dryer inside the home.



Garage can fit one car, there is also guest parking in the complex for one extra car.



Ralph`s grocery store is only a 6 minute walk. There is also a CVS and a Starbucks very close by.
