This place is super rundown. It’s may be good for one night, but it was completely thick with dust underneath the bed. Also, you should know that the bedroom shows a wall with the communities laundry so you will hear the laundry spinning around and around, especially if there are shoes in it The windows are also considerably flimsy. They look like plastic they could easily be broken in for a hotel prices, I expect hotel quality. The location is great, but I would never stay here again.

The location was great however the finishes done badly and were very worn. The units were surrounded by a sandy lot front back and sides so sand was constantly being brought into the room. There was no place to set anything, only 2 hooks in the whole place and even the closet only had a lower rod so nothing long could be hung like dresses. The bathroom only had one sink that was normal in size but had basically no counter space for toiletries and the laminate flooring was installed very badly so caulk had to be used to fill the gaps. Having the kitchen was nice but there was no handle on the oven door which with everything else just made the place seem worn and run down.

Can't beat the location!! The bungalow was small but well kept and clean. The property was well maintained but it's showing it's age. Just a couple of blocks to all downtown PSP has to offer.

Palm Springs little get away.

Everything was very nice. We enjoyed our time there. The birds in the villa were so beautiful making it very peaceful. We had a little bit of an issue finding the place and communication with checking in and letting them know about the Toiletries issue.

The location was ideal. Villa M was a bit worn around the edges. Lots of deferred maintenance. But the price was right so who am I to complain!

Perfect Overnight Stay

The property was nice and met our needs for an overnight stay while traveling through Palm Springs. If you are traveling with dogs, be aware there is no grassy area for them to potty. We walked down a few blocks to a grass patch.

Excellent stay

The property was clean and quiet and is conveniently located. I needed a place that took pets as I was traveling with my dog, and this worked great. The property manager was very communicative and helpful, as I extended my stay a couple of times and he helped make the changes in the VRBO system.

Fantastic location under the radar

Excellent value for the location. Literally walking distance to everything downtown. Fast and friendly communication from the host. It was the quietest place at night that we have ever had in P.S. We will definitely return for as long as they are here.

Lovely bungalow in heart of downtown PS

I have been here for 11 days and have enjoyed the amenities of this bungalow with the kitchen, living area and bedroom bath. It is listed for as many as four people that would require using the sleep sofa. I'm not sure I'd recommend it for four adults it would be pretty crowded.

Cozy and simple

This property is convenient for small families. It is close to the main drag of Palm Springs so you don’t have to travel too far with a young child. The space is small, so probably best for just one child. The bedroom was just the right size to fit a pack and play for the baby to sleep while parents can be in the living room.

Palm Springs Get Away

We were very pleased with the accommodations. It had everything we needed. We were in Palm Springs for our first visit but could only stay two nights. It was so nice to be located downtown and close to restaurants although I also cooked in the kitchen. My only complaint was the oven door did not have a handle and one of the burners didn't work. I didn't contact owner regarding these problems because our stay was so short. Otherwise, this place was perfect for us and our small dog. Thank you!!

You can’t beat the location. Just one block from central downtown. But the pool is located at another property & is very small, so there’s not enough chairs or space for everyone. The outdoor area at the villa was very disappointing & the villa itself was worn & dated, but it was clean & the bed was very comfortable, so it suited our needs.

Location,location,location

The best thing about this VRBO is the..... location. A four minute walk to downtown and shopping. Exactly what we needed as we didn't have a car. Other than the location, this is a basic location. There were a few spider webs and it was a little bit dusty but otherwise clean. Super basic tools in the kitchen. The communication was amazing though! Always responded within minutes if I had a question or issue.
