”A perfect spot for couples. Perfect location for walking to downtown.We arrived early (1-1/2 hrs) before the 3pm check-in. The woman at the front desk was rather rude about ABSOLUTELY no early check-in. We came back after 3pm and had a different person check us in and show us around.She was delightful. We loved our room on the ground floor; it was spacious. ”

”Had high expectations but was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Wanted to check in at 4:00pm but room wasn’t ready until 4:20. The robes were dirty and had to be replaced. There was no shampoo and not trash can liners except a large garbage bag. Given there are only 7 rooms at the hotel, so as mentioned thought they’d be more attentive. Also found out they do not offer any food or drinks. Best part was the pool and the hotel was quiet. ”

”Hidden gem in Palm Springs. The themed rooms are well decorated and fun. Owner and bartenders were very friendly. There was live entertainment in the bar on Saturday night and the music was great! We had a great stay and will be back!”

”I had been admiring Sparrows Lodge online for a while and it didn't disappoint. This place truly is an amazing boutique hotel and the perfect spot for a relaxed getaway in Palm Springs. During our stay the hotel was nearly fully booked yet the atmosphere was nice and quiet. ”Lovely,Unit 56, towards the back of property away from the main street, right next to one of the many pools on site to guests. Had 2 bathrooms in unit and plenty of space for more people to day comfortably.. We didn’t use the site amenities like the pool, sauna, or tennis courts, but all looked lovely and well maintained as we walked past them a few times to get to main entrance for Lyft pick ups. They let us extend our check out time by an hour w/ a quick call to the desk. Great location...

”I was disappointed about the hotel check in because when I arrived at 10pm and there was no staff at the check in counter for like 20 min. I waited and told the front desk guy that I had been waiting for a while, he DIDNT even apologized and said it was not that long he was away from the desk. What kind of customer service is that. Terrible!!! And the hotel towers are very old and rough.”

”This is the second time I've stayed here & unfortunately, the upkeep has slipped. For the price point, I expected far more. The pool was full of bugs and leaves, the hot tub water was grimey and white, the TV in my room didn't work and the breakfast offerings were undercooked. ”
