We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, so it is important to note that Friday and Saturday nights can be a little noisier than usual due to the leisure activities that take place throughout the neighborhood. The house is well soundproofed but we understand that there may be guests who are more sensitive to noise, in fact it has thick windows to mitigate the noise that may occur at night.



On the ground floor, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living room featuring a cozy sofa, a Smart TV for entertainment, a practical desk, and a dining table for enjoying delicious meals together. The fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area and a bathroom with a shower completes this floor, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Head to the first floor to discover the three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower and bathtub, as well as another Smart TV, adding a touch of luxury to your experience. Additionally, you'll find another bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a third bedroom with a double sofa bed, perfect for both children and adults. A second bathroom with a shower completes this floor, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.



The crown jewel is the upper floor, where a beautiful terrace awaits you with panoramic views of the bay, the port of Palma, and the imposing Castillo de Bellver. - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.



- Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.



- Guests are responsible for handling the garbage generated during their stay. Please separate the garbage into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.



- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors to prevent the escape of cold or hot air.



- Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.

- For access to the property by car, it is essential to request an ACIRE circulation permit. We will provide instructions upon booking. We recommend parking in one of the nearby parking lots, as the area has regulated parking.



- A security deposit of €500 will be retained during your stay.
