A garage and tools for bicycles are also at your disposal and many bicycle routes can be found in the immediate vicinity. The outside space, with its spacious terrace, covered barbecue area and idyllic garden with fruit-bearing trees, never fails to impress. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are only a few minutes by car. The center of Palma de Mallorca is about 10, and sandy beaches are about 20 minutes away by car.



The person making the reservation must be older than 25 years old and it is recommended that they have a driving license to rent a vehicle and fully enjoy the stay.

Parties or events are not permitted and homeowners ask that there is no loud music after 23:00hrs.

External guests are not allowed on the property.
