This villa is located in Cala Estancia, a coastal area belonging to the city of Palma de Mallorca (city center located about 7km). It has 4 bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite, and can accommodate up to 7 people. The house has about 300 m2. The upper parts of the house have fabulous sea views. The house is just a few meters from a nice rocky beach and 600 meters from the Playa des Carnatge. The yacht club is a few steps from the villa, as well as several high quality restaurants.



It has a pleasant garden with its tall pine trees, and large terraces, with shady spaces. You will also enjoy the sun with its sun loungers where you can relax next to the salt water pool (much softer for the skin). They can also use the barbecue.



The villa has fireplace and central heating for the cool days, and air conditioning throughout the accommodation for hot days.



They will have Internet access via WiFi, satellite TV with satellite with languages: Spanish, English and German, radio and DVD player.

There is a washer, dryer and iron for your clothes and hairdryer.

You can park two cars in the private garage in the same building, just like in the adjacent streets.



Your health is important to us, as is the protection of the planet! The pool is saltwater, which guarantees a better water quality, protects the skin and eyes, and is sustainable with the environment. And we offer organic and vegan soaps.

We accept small dogs on request.



A deposit of €500 will be required to be paid before arrival by transfer.



Rules:



-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not abiding by the rule you will be penalized.



-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.



-Guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection points established before the end of their stay.



-Please note that check-in

From 20:30 onwards, there is a charge of €35 to be paid in cash on arrival.



-A responsible use of air conditioning and heating must be made, turning them off when they are not inside the villa.
