”Excellent 4 day stay during height of summer at Salty Lodge. Literally steps from the busy Old town, but area is very safe and somewhat quieter. The rooms are pretty spacious for our family of four, with a veranda that looks out/down to the street activity, stores and restaurants. Shower has pretty good water pressure, no shortage of hot water and rooms have comfy beds. We enjoyed the 5th floor rooftop, oh the views! Make sure to it out at sunrise. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Altstadt und Strand. Super schöner Urlaub! Portugal und Lagos ein Traum ”

”I liked the location of hotel. It is 2 star hotels so I did not expect much. Bed was comfortable but blanket could be more modern. Wool blankets are stored in the closet with strange smell. Upon my arrival floor in the roomwas sticky, I swiped it with wet paper and paper was completely black. Bathroom was clean.”

”A very good apartment, fully equipped kitchen, just in a few minute walk from a beach, beautiful nature, and city center. The abandoned building just nearby looks frightening, but it did not affect the stay in any way. Thank you so much to the hotel’s amazing receptionist (sorry, I forgot your name…), you create so warm atmosphere and really care about guests! ”

”Hotel was very spacious, huge pool, nice size bedroom, staff was amazing. Hotel has breakfast and restaurant onsite for dinner. Also have a bar and sitting area to enjoy the pool. Very quiet. We were able to book Uber or taxis directly to hotel to the old town which was about 5 mins car ride. Walking distance about 15-20mins. ”
