”Air conditioning was average car was safe, pool was clean. The rooms were clean but need to be undated. Bathroom tub was stained and needs up dating”

”Air conditioning didn’t work, no staff member was there at 2:15 pm when we arrived so we checked in at 9 pm. Realized at 10:30 A/C didn’t work but was too late to call anyone to fix. When we checked out the next morning no one was at front desk again.”

”This place was a real gem! Upon checking in I had 4 different people (some who may not have even worked there) helping us get our room key. Once in our room, we were delighted to find clean sheets, extra lights in the bathroom, and NO cameras. We were just a day too early for the grand pool reopening, so maybe next time we're in town we'll come for a swim! I think some people like this motel so much that they've extended their stays for quite awhile. Checkout was a breeze, with a big group...

”Great location, price was ok, thankful for free coffee. Bad thing is there was only one handicap spot on red roof side but thankfully in front of door and only had one instance at checkout where guest in ?old red roof check in or upstairs? unit parked there when we were out so they could load up their car.”

”Enjoyed our stay despite the toilet getting stopped up, the tv not working, and the AC dying. Except for the AC, everything was fixed quickly. Staff reacted in a friendly and cooperative manner. Karaoke in the Bistro was great fun. Chocolate martinis were amazing. We would happily stay here again. ”

”I loved everything about this. The room was perfect. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. There are a lot of things to do that is around the hotel. The price was just right for the pocketbook”

”It’s a basic hotel that accepts pets. I even go there as I did this time without pets. It’s affordable safe and maintained. Staff is very accommodating. I’ll continue to stay here when I am in Hershey.”

”My wife and I stayed for our 15th anniversary. We'd been to the restaurant a while ago, like pre-covid, and loved it... and she wanted to go back and just stay the night. We will not be back. The staff working the Friday eve we showed up were incredibly unhelpful. I should have gotten their names. One girl who had two-toned hair checked us in, and didn't give us our key. We had to ask her for it. Really? Parking was a nightmare. They have a parking tag they'll give you but IDK why b/c spots are...
